Bay Harbor Club Penthouse C has fabulous views that wrap around from the Gulf of Mexico and Bonita Beach to Estero Bay and Lovers Key. This spacious condo has private beach access across the street, a heated pool and 2 jacuzzis overlooking Estero Bay. There are tennis/pickle ball courts and shuffle board as well.
The condo has its own laundry room for your convenience. It has two bedrooms, two full baths and a large living room with lanais that open to the sea breezes. The kitchen has all the comforts of home. The living room has a large flat screen TV and the condo has WIFI.
Located by the swimming pool is a gas grill for you to use.
On the lanai is a storage room with beach chairs and swim noodles to use at the pool or beach.
Bay Harbor Club is located on Little Hickory Island. Close by is Lovers Key State Park, boat rentals and fishing charters as well as many great restaurants. One, Hickory Grill, is within walking distance on Estero bay.
Take a walk on the beautiful white sand beach across the street, go shell hunting or swim in the warm waters of the golf or the heated pool.
Naples is close by with great shopping and many restaurants.

Unique Benefits

We love the panoramic views from the living area! We have a very nice common area pool and lovely neighbors. It is a great area to go for walks. There are several restaurants within walking distance and, of course, the private beach access across the street.

Area Information

Hickory Island is not a heavily trafficked area, more peaceful with beautiful beaches.
