Social membership fee depends upon length of stay, and are less with longer stays. This allows access to all facilities except the golf course.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable KING size bed, two walk in closets, en- suite bathroom and a lovely view of the lake.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a walk in closet and adjacent 2nd bathroom.
The sitting room has a view of the lake with stunning sunsets and a sliding door onto the ground floor patio.
A separate large den has a 55" TV, sofa, desk and chair and privacy from the living room when needed.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs (space for 2 more) with a counter into the kitchen with 4 bar stools.
The kitchen has an eat-in area with a table and 4 chairs.
A separate laundry room has a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
A separate storage room with beach chairs and umbrella, cooler bag, tennis racquet.
A covered carport is located in close proximity to the condo and this end condo unit offers more desirable light and privacy.

Golf transfer is optional. Transfer fee currently $400 plus 6.5% tax (2023 rate).
Social membership transfer fee mandatory and depends on length of stay. Lower fee for longer stay.

BONITA Springs is located just north of Naples, Florida and just south of Southwest Florida International airport.
This area of Southwest Florida was just voted as one of the top areas to reside/ retire in.
West Cost Gulf side. Just off of 75. Exit 116.
Bonita National Country Club has been voted as one the finest in the Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. It is surrounded on three sides by a preserve, so nature abounds all around the property and is a delight for birdwatchers.
