Sunshine in Bonita is in the sought-after Spanish Wells gated community, home to the Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club. With a relaxing pool overlooking the golf course, our 4-bedroom, 3-bath home provides the perfect base to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer! - 3.5 miles to Barefoot Beach - 2 miles to Old Downtown Bonita Springs. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe.

About the owner: We enjoyed spending years in this home with my in-laws and have had so many great memories that we wanted to keep the joy going in their memory! My husband and I are now renting the home seasonally and making sure to spend time enjoying it ourselves as well. We love the easy access to everything, hosting family and friends and taking time to enjoy each day.
Why this property? My husband and his family have been coming to Naples and Bonita Springs for 30+ years and love the weather, all that there is to do, and the beautiful beaches and natural surroundings.

A wonderful home in a gated community that provided a fantastic vacation for my family of 4. The home is very comfortable with the master on one side of the house and the other 3 bedrooms on the opposite side made it seem very private. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook all meals. The pool over looking the beautiful golf course and the sitting area around the pool was nice for kicking back and relaxing. The local beaches had easy parking so your toes are in the sand and you are swimming in the gulf within minutes from the house. Tons of shopping and restaurants near by made this house the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this house. The hosts Rob and Kendall were more than accommodating and very responsive. We look forward to our next vacation in Bonita Springs!
