Term of rent: The rent begins at 4 p.m. EST on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 10 a.m. EST on the “Check-out Date”.
Deposit Requirements:
A holding deposit payment equal to 50% of the total rent and taxes is required to confirm reservation. The balance of rent and taxes is due ninety (90) days prior to your Check-In date. A security/damage deposit of $2,500 and $250 cleaning fee are required and must be received 90 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may cancel your reservation by written notice at any time up to 90 days prior to the commencement of the lease term. Cancellations that are made less than ninety (90) days prior to the Check-In date will forfeit the full holding reservation deposit.
House Rules:
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Maximum occupancy for this Premises shall not exceed four (4) persons at any time.
All guests shall abide by Ambassador good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
No smoking in the condo or the lanais or anywhere in the building.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
Renters are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
Lease application and background check:
The Association requires a lease application and screening form for the background check signed and returned to them with 2 x $50 checks (forms will be provided in the Vacation Rental Agreement).
