Deposit Requirements
Holding deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rent must be paid in order to secure your reservation. It is fully refundable until 60 days prior to move-in date. The balance and $2,500 security deposit must be received 60 days prior to check-in date. A cleaning fee of $250 is due with remaining rental payment sixty (60) days prior to Check-In date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A sixty (60) day notice in writing is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date will forfeit the full holding reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Lease application and background check
The Association requires a lease application and screening form for the background check signed and returned to them with $50 check payable to Ambassador Condominium Assosiation and $50 check payable to Suitor, Middleton, Cox & Associates (both forms and instructions are attached). SSN is no longer required.
House Rules
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum number of guests for the unit is limited to four (4) persons.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
No smoking in the condo or the lanais or anywhere in the building
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property
Renters are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.

Term of rent: The rent begins at 4 p.m. EST on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 10 a.m. EST on the “Check-out Date”.
Deposit Requirements:
A holding deposit payment equal to 50% of the total rent and taxes is required to confirm reservation. The balance of rent and taxes is due sixty (60) days prior to your Check-In date. A security/damage deposit of $2,500 and $250 cleaning fee are required and must be received 90 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may cancel your reservation by written notice at any time up to 90 days prior to the commencement of the lease term. Cancellations that are made less than ninety (90) days prior to the Check-In date will forfeit the full holding reservation deposit.
House Rules:
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Maximum occupancy for this Premises shall not exceed four (4) persons at any time.
All guests shall abide by Ambassador good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
