Your living room is fully equipped with TV You will find wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from included.
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities.
Kitchen / Bathroom:
In your spacious open kitchen you will not lack anything.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.
Bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as 2 separate bright white vanities along with a stand alone tub.
Your guest bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, and a bright white vanity and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideal if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. It also has its own TV with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optional illuminated pool and the lake.
Guest Bedroom No.1 has a Queen size bed in the bright white Coastal Modern Beach Style overlooking the lake and garden.
Guest Bedroom No.2 has a 2 twin beds that can be converted to 2 king beds.
Outside terrace/lanai:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a modern table with chairs and a bench
You also have a comfortable seating lounge set along with pool loungers
Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lay in the sun or just spend a cozy evening with friends.
The rear exposure of the terrace is south facing and gives you enough sunlight until the evening hours.
The pool is above average in size and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated electrically with High End Pool Heater.
For your further convenience, the villa includes keyless entry (no key is required), you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.

Cynthia L.Perfect setting for a perfect vacation
We loved our time at Blue Meadow Villa. The house location was ideal being located in a quiet neighborhood but within close proximity to the airport, the local mall and a quick 30 minutes to the local beaches in Bonita Springs. The accommodations were wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked with every gadget and appliance you would want. We loved sitting out by the pool and used the lanai area when not at the beach or venturing out to explore the area. Frisco Homes worked with us and provided excellent communication prior to our arrival and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We will certainly make a return visit to this area and hope to work with them for future rentals. Unfortunately this house is already rented for the time we requested for next year but hopefully we can return here in the near future.

We aboslutely enjoyed our stay at this magnifient home. It was clean and sanitized from bottom to top and this location was just amazing for us. Short drives to the beaches and Tommy Bahamas was just around the corner in Coconut Point mall. This home has just started as a vacation rental and we were one of the first to enjoy it. The beds were super comfortable and the pool was just installed by the owners with a stunning water view. I would recommend this place to anybody coming down to Southwest Florida. We will definately return.
