Walk over two miles of boardwalk through pine flatwoods, open prairies, and into North America’s largest forest of ancient bald cypress, a massive relative of the redwood. The forest is home to hundreds of alligators, otters, Florida Black bears, white-tailed deer, red-bellied turtles and more than 200 species of birds, including the largest colony of nesting wood storks in the United States.
