Designed with families and friends in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious split-bedroom floor plan, and soaring volume ceilings that create an open, airy feel throughout. Outside, your private heated pool, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill set the stage for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings together. And while Southwest Florida's best attractions are just a short drive away, you may find your favorite vacation moments happen right here in your own backyard retreat.

THE SPACE

At just over 1,500 sq ft, this open-concept home flows easily from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and out to the screened lanai — a layout that keeps everyone connected without anyone feeling crowded.

The living room is comfortable and generously sized, with leather seating, a wall-mounted LG Smart TV with YouTube TV, and large sliding glass doors opening directly onto the screened lanai and pool deck. The kitchen features an eating bar with barstool seating, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen tools needed for easy family meals. A dining table seats 6 for those evenings when everyone gathers inside.

The split floor plan gives the primary suite its own end of the home — a king bed, a Smart TV with YouTube TV, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. The two guest bedrooms are at the opposite end: one with a queen bed and Smart TV, one with a queen bed, sharing a guest bathroom with a full bathtub/shower combination. All beds are freshly made with provided linens and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Note: guests will need to provide their own subscription logins (Netflix, Prime, etc.) on all TVs — YouTube TV channel packages are included.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The private backyard is where this home really shines. A fully screened lanai with a 6-foot privacy fence creates a completely secluded retreat — the heated pool and pool deck with sun loungers for those long, lazy afternoon soaks, an outdoor dining table for 6, a BBQ grill for evening cookouts, and a ceiling fan under the covered portion of the lanai to keep things comfortable even on warm days. It's the kind of outdoor space that makes staying in feel like the obvious choice.

Pool heating runs November through April (thermostat set to 85°F). Pool heating is not available May through October. Actual water temperature varies based on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for purchasing replacement propane for the BBQ grill as needed.
