1590 sq. ft. Welcome to Bonita Beach Villa, your private tropical retreat in the heart of Bonita Springs. Our comfortably furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a private heated pool, a peaceful southwest-facing garden and plenty of space for up to six guests.
The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet only a short drive from Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Downtown Bonita, restaurants and shopping.
Relax in the bright open-plan living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy sunny Florida days by your own private pool. The screened outdoor area and secluded tropical garden are perfect for morning coffee, family time and relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
The home offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and two bathrooms. Comfortable beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, two televisions, Apple TV, Xfinity streaming, a washer and dryer, garage parking and a dedicated workspace make the villa ideal for vacations as well as longer stays.
Families with children are very welcome. We provide a crib, high chair, pool safety fence, toys, children’s equipment and useful beach gear to make traveling easier.
For your beach days, the villa includes beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler. Guests also enjoy a gas grill, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a blender, waffle maker, slow cooker and many other thoughtful amenities.
The private pool can be electrically heated during cooler periods. A solar cover is also available to help retain the water temperature overnight.
We personally care for our home and are happy to help our guests with recommendations before and during their stay. Our digital guest guide includes our favorite beaches, restaurants, nature parks, kayaking spots and local hidden gems.

The house was located in a great location, quick travel to beaches, restaurants, and both Naples and ft myers beaches. My favorite was barefoot beach. The owner stayed in touch too, making sure all was well.

We felt at home right awayWe truly loved our stay at the Bonita Beach Villa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming, and it didn’t take long before we felt completely at home.The house is very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It’s modern, but still cozy and comfortable — not a place that feels staged or impersonal. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept better than we usually do when traveling.We spent a lot of time outside by the pool and in the garden. It’s very private and peaceful, and we especially enjoyed having our coffee there in the morning and relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach.The location worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, but you’re only a short drive from beautiful beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Downtown Bonita is close by and great for casual dinners, live music, and a laid-back evening out.The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house is well equipped overall. You can tell the owners really care about the home and about their guests’ experience.Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly, and any questions we had were answered quickly.All in all, this was one of those places you’re genuinely sad to leave. Yes, this is a private pool, it can be heated electrically, additionally we offer a solar blanket to protect cooling off during night. A safety fence for kids can be mounted.
