About the owner: Retired Long time Real Estate broker. Lived in SW Florida since 1994. I am originally from South Park, suburb of Pittsburgh. I have lived in So California 20 yrs, Hawaii 10 years moving to Naples/Bonita Springs area Nov 1994. I have one adult daughter with two adult Granddaughters.
Why this property? This apartment is all brand new thanks to hurricane Ian. Apartment had been rented every year but with Ian hitting us Sept 28th I returned all deposits to returning guests. It took many months to rebuild back apartment and house but accomplished. I had apartment Built in 2004 next to my house on double corner lot. You enter apt driveway from West Ave. House faces 3rd street. It is in a great location with beach, shops and restaurants close. Very friendly Bonita Shores in Collier County.

No I have 2 spoiled Cats who would be upset. They are indoors but have Cat doors to house lanai and pool

I had many but when listed after cancelling have new account number. Very happy to give references of previous and present guests.

We were pleasantly surprised to rent such a beautiful apartment. it was all new inside with new appliances, kitchen and bathroom, and well stocked with everything you would need. i loved the towels and toiletries. Also very close to the beach and great restaurants. we had a wonderful two weeks there. Would love to go again next year.
