A luxurious 2BR + Den /2BA + Lanai Spring Run condo in Bonita Springs at the award winning Brooks community complex, in Southwest Florida, just north of Naples, Florida.
Spring Run is a gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, with five tees available for all levels of players. Golf Carts are equipped with GPS.

Condo is a 2nd floor end unit overlooking a lake with an outstanding view of 12th fairway. The condo has high ceilings and a lot of natural light being an end unit. The condo is newly painted and updated. It includes all the amenities you would expect from a golf community residence.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed (Purple mattress bed). The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the Den has a sleeper sofa of queen size. All rooms have ceiling fans for additional comfort.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, oven and ceramic stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, with a breakfast corner. The Condo has as well a formal dining table for 8 people.

Very private unit (no golf cart path). You can as well enjoy the pool & jacuzzi which is close to the unit.

A $532.5 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse or one other person access to play golf by paying a green fee and membership to our private full service country club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including; gym, aquatic driving range, tennis courts, bocce and putting green.

Please note the Clubhouse restaurant is going through a major expansion renovation. The club serves daily food and drinks through temporary arrangements and parts of the new outdoor dining area is expected to open by end of March and overall the project is expected to be complete around Mid May.

Off Season - May thru October play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!
