About the owner: Hello,
We are Marylanders who have been coming to Bonita Springs for 18 years. We love the area with its close proximity to the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the airport. We can't wait until we can retire and enjoy this home more... but for the next 10 years or so, we are looking to share our home with repeat snowbirds.
Why this property? We love this villa for so many reasons.... easy ground floor living; comfortable furnishings and inviting décor, a very large screened lanai; serene lake view; plenty of space; a spectacular community pool; social and friendly neighbors; and location, location, location!
