Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

**Please note boat lift is still to be repaired after the hurricane due to backordered materials, local labor shortages and permitting delays. However, the dock may be used.
