Nestled in a gated community within walking distance to some of the best beaches in the world. Our 2/2 is located on the ground floor for easy accessibility in a quiet community that offers two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and easy access to it's own four piece washroom. Large living area, eat at kitchen bar and lanai with a patio dining set. The kitchen is well appointed and includes all small appliances, cooking utensils etc. There is in-suite laundry. All linens and towels, including beach towels and beach chairs are included. All guests must be approved by HOA. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 30-day minimum stay.

About the owner: We love Bonita Springs! Been coming here for over 20 years and finally took the leap to purchase our own place. We appreciated renting from owners in the past and now wanted to offer our place for rent.
Why this property? Quiet, friendly community close to beaches. Our unit has brand new furnishings and is spotlessly clean (thanks to our housekeeping crew!). It's within walking distance to amenities and beaches.
