Our three bedroomed detached home is ideally situated in a quiet and secure Bonita Springs neighborhood close to everything the area has to offer. It benefits from a large corner plot and is surrounded by lots of mature palms that provide a relaxing environment in which to enjoy the large, south-facing and fully-screened pool area. Having recently been extended and renovated, our home provides a safe, quiet and luxurious place to unwind and spend time in the wonderful Florida sun.
The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have queen-size beds with the other guest bedroom having twin beds. The master is en-suite and there is a second, guest, bathroom adjacent to the guest bedrooms. All bedroom and bathroom linens are of a high quality, which contributes to the overall feeling of luxury. The master bedroom benefits from a separate cable set-top box and flat screen TV.
The open-plan living space comprises a large galley style kitchen, which has been remodeled as part of the renovation to include contrasting quartz and butcher block counter tops, high-end appliances and all the equipment necessary to feel like a home away from home. There is a light and spacious family room, equipped with comfortable seating, lots of books and a large flat screen TV with sound bar. The dining area comfortably seats six and benefits from the views through the sliding patio doors to the Florida room. There is a separate, spacious laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of room for doing the ironing!
There is a separate den with desk, 10Meg Ethernet broadband and a Wi-Fi printer, should you wish to catch up on work while staying in the sun! The den also has a home theater system with 60” Samsung smart LED TV, Blu-Ray player and 5.1 amp (all linked to the Internet via Ethernet cable for high-speed data transfer) and a 5.1 speaker system. The CenturyLink Prism cable system has 180 TV channels. The den is at the opposite end of the home from the bedrooms, so TV can be watched at decent volumes late into the night without disturbing other occupants! The home also benefits from 10 Meg Wi-Fi and free US long-distance calls. We have a few CDs and DVDs for those times you want to stay indoors but, given the property’s garden and pool area, we find those occasions to be few and far between! The third bathroom is off the den.
The 30’ x 15’ heated pool is south-facing and is part of the fully enclosed, floodlit, 1700 square-foot lanai that is the jewel in the crown of our home and provides a safe area for dinning, entertaining or just chilling out. The 250 square-foot Florida room has an outdoor dining area that caters for six and Adirondack chairs so you can relax in the shade under the large, outdoor ceiling fans. There is an outdoor gas BBQ and enough loungers to ensure your every comfort is provided for. Outside the lanai, we have constrcuted a sunbathing deck to get your tan topped up, predominantly for use in the winter months when the sun is at its weakest.
Our house is strictly no smoking. We cannot accommodate pets or children under the age of ten.
Our home is well-served by the LeeTran public transit system with routes 150 and 600 providing access to the wider Lee County area.
You should explore the area as you will find many wonderful restaurants and a large variety of shopping. There are exquisite beaches close-by from which a number of Florida wildlife species, including bottlenose dolphin, can be seen.
A sunny and mild climate all year round makes Southwest Florida a paradise for long or short vacation stays. Our neighborhood is very close to the Gulf of Mexico and is midway between Naples in the south and Fort Myers to the north.
Other sights and activities include: golf, tennis, boating, kayaking, Everglades Boat Tours, Everglades City Museum, trips to Marco, Sanibel and Captiva islands, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and beach, Sun-N-Fun Waterpark in Collier Seminole State Park, Zoo of Naples, two day boat-trip to Key West, the culture of Naples, the history of Fort Myers, Tin City Historical Village in Naples, Cocohatchee Nature Center, Naples Trolley Tours.
Retail therapy is very well catered for in this area with excellent shopping at Waterside Shops, Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet and many, many more locations.

About the owner: We are UK nationals and had been renting properties in Florida for a quarter of a century before buying our own home in SW Florida. We know what is important to renters and have endeavoured to make sure our home has those welcomed comforts.
Why this property? Ideally situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood and with easy access to all local amenities, including shops, restaurants and beaches. Close to both Naples and Fort Myers and all the added benefits those two areas bring. Good links to the road network being close to both US41 and I75. 30 minutes drive from Fort Myers International airport.
This house has an oversized lot, large south-facing lanai with 30' x 15' heated pool and is in a nice quiet community. The area is safe and secure to bike and walk around with sidewalks along all the roads.
