Your living room is fully equipped with a 65 inch LED TV for cozy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from. Free WiFi / Internet is of course also available.

You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.

Kitchen / Bathroom:

In your generous open bright kitchen you will not lack anything. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any trouble, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.

Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cozy dining table on the patio by candlelight.

bathrooms:

Your master bathroom has a modern tiled walk-in shower as well as a bathtub. The toilet is separated separately.

Both of their guest bathrooms have a walk-in, tiled shower and are right next to the rooms for your privacy. Ideall is this room layout if you travel together with friendly couples and everyone wants to have their own separate area.

Bedroom:

The villa has 4 bedrooms which sleep up to 8 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. It also has its own LED flat screen with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and garden. You have your own access to the pool and patio area from this room.

The guest bedroom no.2 has a king size bed, guest bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen size bed, all bedrooms have a TV. Ceiling fans also provide the circulation of cool air on warmer days.

Outside terrace:

In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.

The dining / dining area includes a dining table; 8 seats are available here.

At your rattan dining table in the lanai you have a seating possibility for 8 people.

Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace or just spend a cozy evening with friends. Enjoy the peace and relaxation.

The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated.

Pool chairs are at your disposal for free.

For your further convenience, the villa includes keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.

The televisions are partly smart and you can control with you any apps or media libraries.

You simply surf to your desired website, look for your program in the library and play on the television. It's easy and you do not have to do without anything.

Coffee enjoyment:

In addition to your normal filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine is available.

Nespresso offers complete coffee enjoyment at the push of a button in many different variations, espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino or others. The capsules are commercially available, e.g. (Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target or many others)

Area Information

Bonita Springs is located in southern Florida on the Gulf of Mexico, bordering Fort Myers Beach to the northwest. Fort Myers is 25 km, Miami 200 km and Tampa 240 km.
Particularly beautiful is the Bonita Beach Park - the public beach, with very fine and white sand. Here you can observe dolphins daily and with a bit of luck you can also watch the very Manatees and giant manta rays. A little further south is the Barefoot Beach Park (admission required). This is where the high society of Bonita Springs and Naples meets.

There is a small offer of various city parks and several sporting facilities, as well as playgrounds and opportunities for camping and barbecues. There is also a miniature golf course located directly on the Bonita Beach Road.
