About the owner: Hi My name is Tanya and I love my Tin Coastal Cottages’s updates. I bought it in 2021 and totally remodeled the inside and the outside with lots of blue coastal decor, comfortable beds, new appliances, all new flooring, painted all the walls (inside and out) and new furniture. The tin palace has a very open floor plan and has lots of natural light, Its in a quiet neighborhood and close to anything and everything you would ever want. You will be very comfortable at this little paradise!
Why this property? LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION. PRETTY DECOR, QUIET NEIGHBORS, HOT TUB, NICE BAR ON FRONT SCREENED PORCH. CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR THROUGHOUT EVEN IN THE LARGE LANAI. I have vacationed on Fort Myers Beach for many years and this place is close to that beacch and several others. So many places within walking distance including Publix, boutiques, Bealls, lots of restaurants, bars, golf, pools. Love the new Aqua restaurant very close by. Great seafood, steaks, happy hour with outside seating and music. Also love the Island House across the street, Coconut Jacks and Docs Beach house down the road a short way.
