Welcome to our beautiful, brand new home on Cape San Blas! Situated just off the beach on the sought after North end of the Cape, we are only a 3 minute walk from the Trading Post and less than 100 steps from the beautiful white sand. With gorgeous views of the Gulf, Southern Tides is in the quiet Turtle Dunes Subdivision. Our neighborhood pool is just a walk across the culdesac, and from our lower level, you will find the private neighborhood beach access. Our 2,200 square foot home features an open kitchen, dining and living room, a half bathroom accessible from the living room, and a large covered deck. The King Master on this level features a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Our second level features 2 King Masters with deck access, one with a private bathroom and the other with shared hall bathroom access. It also features a bunk room for up to 6 children. On the ground level, there is ample space to relax and play, along with a "hangout room" and a large laundry room. The living room, hangout room and each bedroom have smart televisions.

$300 Damage Deposit, refundable if ALL checkout procedures are followed and there is NO damage to the home.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
KITCHEN
• Please load and turn on the dishwasher. Use the NORMAL and HEATED DRY settings please.
• Remove all food from the refrigerator, cabinets and pantry. (Unopened items may be left for the cleaners.)
BEDROOMS
• Leave bed linens on the beds
BATHROOMS
• Leave soiled towels/washcloths in the bathrooms.
HOME
• Return all furnishings to their original position.
• Place ALL trash in bags and in the trash cans outside. NO TRASH IS TO REMAIN IN THE HOME. Be sure trash containers are at the end of the cul-de-sac. Please put out the night before.
• Check all drawers, closets, underneath beds, and bathrooms for personal items. There will be a $25 service charge plus shipping costs to return forgotten items.
• Please be sure all indoor and outdoor lights are turned off.
• Set Air on the main and upper level on Warm Days to COOL and 76 and on Cold days to HEAT and 67.
• Please close and lock ALL exterior doors, including the room on bottom level.

Area Information

Southern Tides is located mid-way down the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula, which extends west between the Gulf of Mexico's gorgeous white beaches and the calm, shallow bay. Cape San Blas boasts quiet, pristine beaches, amazing sunsets, and wonderful fishing opportunities off the beach or in the bay.
