Sammy's Retreat B4

I have been coming to the Cape almost every year since 2002. Stayed in several different rentals but Sunrise Sunset Townhomes is my favorite spot and Sammy's Retreat does not disappoint! It is well appointed, beds are comfy (not too firm, not to soft), kitchen is well stocked (I never know so I bring along some essential things and I didn't need any of them here!). The screened porch is a favorite area to sit and read or just enjoy the sound of the birds and waves. The upper deck is great for sunbathing and having a glass of wine while enjoying the amazing sunsets. The dining table was perfect for games, puzzles, or working on quilt projects. My dogs loved it there! It is the quieter end of the Cape so they really got to enjoy their walks on the beach. The outside hoses were great for rinsing off their feet (I have one that insists on getting her feet wet in the waves.) and the inside landing was perfect for storing their toys and towels as well as my jacket and raincoat. I hope I will be able to come stay again in 2024!

The kitchen is well stocked and organized. Loved cooking in it. It was such a great place to relax, have fun, play games, and play on the beach to the side of these town homes. It is such a mixture of practicality, comfort, and luxury. Ala the dog says, “woof woof” also. We liked discovering the already existing beach chairs and equipment. It would be difficult to take the stairs to the kitchen and then to the bedrooms AND the stairs to and from the beach if one considers stairs a challenge. From beginning to end we and additional family enjoyed the whole experience. Airbnb

Our stay was very relaxing with a view like non other! The condo is practically in the ocean which makes the balcony views amazing! There was plenty of space for sunning on each side of the unit. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas already there and the outdoor shower! Everyone was extremely nice and Michelle was awesome communicating and answering any questions we had. The beds were great as I do prefer mattresses on the firm side. The condo was not huge and the bathrooms were a bit small, but we were there for R&R and it perfectly suited our needs. I highly recommend this unit and Michelle!!

We had so much fun. Loved watching the marine life from the balcony. Weather was perfect and kids loved it and out dog had a blast too. Definitely will be back.
