Afternoons at the community pools or Village Green, evenings back at the house with the propane grill going on the screened porch, the deep-seated living room sofas holding the overflow, and the Google Smart TV handling whatever comes next. Guest Access
Guests get full private use of the entire home, garage, and golf cart (signed community agreement required). Self check-in is handled through a smart lock — arrive whenever your travel day allows, punch in your code, and you're in. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, and a Ring camera at the door lets you see who's arriving. WindMark's community amenities — both pools, the Village Center, and every beach access — are included at check-in.

Area Information

WindMark Beach is a golf-cart-friendly community on Florida's Forgotten Coast. Multiple beach accesses lead to sugar-white sand and that wide-open beach view WindMark is known for — no crowds, no high-rises. The Village Center, a 5-minute golf cart ride away, brings shops, restaurants, and the Village Green, plus a second community pool with a playground. Minutes north, downtown Port St. Joe offers a historic waterfront with local seafood and the picturesque marina nearby — a favorite for a sunset stroll. George Core Park sits along that stretch with a fishing pier. About 15–20 minutes south, T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park ranks among the top beaches in the country, and the historic Cape San Blas Lighthouse is roughly the same drive. Indian Pass Raw Bar is about 25 minutes for seafood, and Mexico Beach's shops are about 20–25 minutes east. Apalachicola's oyster houses make a scenic day trip. The golf cart makes the first few miles part of the fun.
