The Haven Heights Carriage House is a spacious, private retreat offering 1,700 sq. ft. of heated and cooled living space—perfect for couples, small families, or as additional space when renting the Main House for larger groups. • When the Main House and Carriage House are rented separately at the same time, the garage is not available for vehicle parking.

We go beyond typical “starter packs.” Your Carriage House stay is thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, paper goods, detergents, and other everyday essentials to help make packing light and easy.

Booking Options

• Entire Property – Main House + Carriage House
• Main House Only – Carriage House may be occupied by other guests
• Carriage House Only – Main House may be occupied by other guests

Important Note: When the Carriage House is booked separately, the Main House may have other guests during your stay. Each has its own private entrance, parking, patio, garage, and beach path. The only shared space is the outdoor beach rinse-off shower near the Gulf side of the property entrance.
