A Tier Above is located in Cape San Blas, Florida. This stunning modern coastal home boasts a private pool, 6 Bedroom (5 kings and a 8 bed bunk room suite) and 8 bathrooms, sleeping 18 people very comfortably. Situated on the desirable North Cape, you will enjoy the breathtaking Gulf and Bay Views from every room in the house. Convenient to the State Park, an 8.7 mile Loggerhead run and bike path, shopping and local favorites for dining and entertainment.
TOP FLOOR This unique reverse floor plan showcases all the beauty The Cape has to offer. Here you will find the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Powder Room and Wet Bar- all overlooking the sweeping views of the Gulf and Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking views while cooking, dining, crafting cocktails, or while taking advantage of our gym amenity that is a tier above the standard workout equipment. Enjoy the brand new, sleek Tonal Smart Home Gym System, including free access to all the personalized features and workouts Tonal has to offer. The large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is our favorite place to relax on the comfy couches and soak in all the beauty! The well-appointed Kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, a pot filler, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and a spacious pantry! The Dining table seats 12 with an additional 6 seats at the oversized kitchen island. The living room, sitting room, wet bar and deck offer ample seating for everyone to find their spot to sit back, relax, enjoy the company, tv, or the views.
SECOND FLOOR King Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are found on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 of these bedrooms have Gulf views with a large, shared deck and the 3rd Bedroom has Bay views. Just outside these bedrooms you will also find a Wet Bar with a beverage cooler and Coffee maker as well as the Laundry Room featuring 2 double stack washers and dryers.
FIRST FLOOR King Bedrooms 4 and 5 and the 8 bed Bunkroom Kids Retreat are found on the 1st floor. Again, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. These 2 large King bedrooms have Gulf views. The Bunkroom has its own living room with a 75” TV and bathroom. Each bunk is designed for privacy and has its own cubby, light, and charging outlets.
GROUND FLOOR On the Ground floor inside you will find an additional full sized fridge and all your beach/pool towels. Outside you have ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. You can fit a vehicle and boat in the driveway if needed. There is an EV charging station, Private Pool, (which can be heated for additional charge), Outdoor Private Shower, Temperature controlled Bathroom, Wet bar/Fish Cleaning Station, Grill, Outdoor Living Space with couch and chairs, pool and beach storage room, and yard games. The Pool and Beach storage room comes packed with beach chairs for each guest, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach toys, and pool noodles. Beach/pool towels are also provided for each guest. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach from the neighborhood boardwalk.

All reservations require the signed acceptance of A Tier Above rental contract, copy of government issued I.D., and $1,500 security deposit.

About the owner: Hi, we are Chris and Jenna. We live north of Atlanta. We happened upon Cape San Blas while exploring and driving the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. We fell in love with the area in 2018 and knew this was the area we wanted to come back to over and over again. We love the uniqueness, beauty and pace of life at the Cape. We have two young boys and try to visit as often as possible.
A Tier Above is our 1st vacation rental and we are so excited to share it with you. We have put so much love in this home and designed it with you, the vacationer, in mind. Hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We envisioned creating a space for family and friends to come together all under the same roof while affording lots of living spaces indoor and outdoor to have room to relax, breathe, and enjoy every moment of your time at Cape San Blas.
We named the house A Tier Above because it is literally a tier above in stature and experience. Come discover the difference!

We were so fortunate to book the best house in CSB. From even before our trip, our host Jenna and her family, made every attempt to meet all of our expectations. They communicated clearly about what to expect, what was offered, and how to best enjoy. They went the extra mile in securing us a cooking fixture in our households (a blackstone) to make our stay what we needed. Upon arriving we were greeted with easily the most clean vacation home I have ever seen. The home was finished in the best furnishings, cleaning supplies, and function. During our trip Jenna even saw a day of rain in the forecast and sent us things to do on down days. Our family loved hanging by the pool, adults hanging on the decks, and kids in the awesome bunk room and kids living room. They had ample seating, cutlery/dishes and amenities for our large party. Additionally, they made checkout a breeze with hardly anything required for guests. Truly all anyone could ask for.The home was absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to come back to it for our next gathering. Once again thank you!

Jenna @ A Tier Above was a wonderful host! She is kind, prompt and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. The guide book was a great resource to have for our stay! The house is meticulously clean, well designed and spacious for many guests. The house was equipped with every imaginable appliance, beach toy, and plenty of amenities to make this a worry free stay! The WIFI connection was great! Jenna thought of everything! We loved the little reminders all over the house! There was a donut and coffee shop a short walk from house. The kids went daily! Footsteps to the beach ! It was easy to rent bikes, kayaks , fishing poles and many other items that could be delivered to the house. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept and a safe environment. The locals were delightful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at A Tier Above home again. One of the best homes we have stayed in. Thank you Jenna for a wonderful vacation!

A Tier Above is perfect for a stay in Cape San Blas. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. It’s even more beautiful in person! The home was super clean, spacious, well appointed, and very calming. Chris and Jenna are incredible hosts!! They were very accommodating, quick to respond to questions, and thought of every detail. Their website is impressively detailed with all the information we needed for our stay. The kitchen contains everything you will need, and I mean everything!! The large kitchen table was the perfect setting for daily meals and games. The beds were comfortable and each bathroom had all the necessities. Last but not least, the location was perfect!! Just a short walk to the pristine beautiful beach. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas, but it will not be our last and we will definitely stay at A Tier Above again!!

At first glance, you know you made the right decision on the where you will make lasting memories with your family! The miraculous home and location has everything you need, literally bring your swimsuits and hit the private pool or walk steps to the beach! The views from the kitchen drinking coffee watching the sun rise over the bay or the sunsets over the ocean sitting on the deck are spectacular! The house literally has “Everything”, breathtaking decor, space for all, elevator, very convenient separate ice maker (it’s the little things), I can go on and on…. Don’t waste your time trying to find that perfect house on The Cape, “A Tier Above” is the home for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Tier Above! We have four children - 24, 16, 13 and 10. Everyone had their own space and plenty of entertainment, which allowed for mom and dad to partake in some much needed rest while enjoying our family. Jenna was so accommodating when we had questions and readily available. We will absolutely stay here again! 10 stars!
