The front of the home host a bunk room sleeping 4 with a neighboring guests room, queen, accommodating 2. These guests spaces share a bathroom, shower/tub combination. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a luxurious attached bath. The master bath wows with a private water closet, double vanity, standalone shower, and soaking tub; True coastal luxury.
As if that is not enough, there is an additional private suite accommodating two. The attached suite provides private access with a second kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, plus a king bedroom with a detached bath (shower/tub combination). For additional comforter, the rear porch is screened. Relax and spread out in over 2200 square feet of new construction!
