Get ready for a tranquil experience in the heart of everything but off the beaten path in the hidden Mar-A-Lago resort in Seagrove ! Sit on the one of 4 decks and listen to the frogs, waves or sit by the pool with your non-glass beverage! This Mediterranean Style Villa is 3 floors, with a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath on the 1st floor. The living area is on the 2nd floor, with a fully stocked kitchen, a half bath and laundry room with a back deck that overlooks the lake, pool and some gulf views through the pines. The 3rd floor has 2 Master bedrooms with on suite full bathrooms, and each having a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a night cap before bedtime. On the bottom floor only there is a gas grill for your convenience for those nights when you want to hang out by the pool and grill out at home. We enjoy some fresh seafood from Goat Feathers and they will steam your shrimp to enjoy while you grill your fish or burgers on the 1st floor patio.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the big beach area here, they love the pool and you can see them from the decks. They also love the wide open space to run around and walk out on the pier at Old Flordia Fish House. Paddle Board rentals in the area also. The HUB is a great place also for kids to run out some energy and they have movies and ball games on the big outdoor screen from time to time with several food vendors.

Lily Pad at Mar-A-Lago in Seagrove, and only a 7 min. approximately walk to the beach, or you can have one of the near by venders have you a golf cart or bike waiting for you when you arrive.
This area has been noted for some of our great neighbors a particular Country Music Star and former college football head coach! Some of the widest beaches are located in this area with no boardwalk for an easy access to the beautiful public beach access. Old Florida Fish House is a great restaurant/entertainment spot less than a mile away! Take a right out of the neighborhood and you have Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, take a left and you have Seaside and Grayton Beach. Cafe' 30-A has a special only from 4:30 p.m. -5:15 p.m. and it's buy one entree get another entree 1/2 off.
Perfect Pig @ :30 p.m. and sit in the bar area, they may have live music. They will give you a bag of free donuts if they have some, great with coffee the next morning.
Red Bar is difficult to park or a hassle to shuttle sometimes, but Louis Louis is on Hwy. 98 and the same atmosphere, food and sometimes staff!

About the owner: My wife Janet and I live in Alabama, and love the Scenic 30-A area. This is our 2nd purchase in Santa Rosa Beach, FL (Seagrove Beach community). Our 1st house Sunny Seagrove @ , fall and winter breaks so we needed a 2nd place to share, but also to possibly have options to stay while the other one was booked. We love the beaches, restaurants, shopping and fact that there are not large high rises everywhere. Although it can get busy, you don't have the density of people as you do in Destin or Panama City Beach. The other good thing is that Scenic 30-A that is 20 miles long sits about half way between both of those larger cities so you are about a 30 min. drive in one direction or the other to get to just about anything that you want to do. Why this property? We discovered this area by accident when we were looking for a 2nd property and drove down this dead end to turn around. To our surprise we discovered these Mediterranean style homes surrounding a pool with lake views and I could imagine gulf views from the balconies since it was so close to the public beach access. There are only 14 homes here just like our Crystal Ct. property "Sunny Seagrove" which is only about 1.5 mile so it's very convenient. They are both near 2 of our favorite restaurants Old Florida Fish House and Cafe' 30-A. . .This property is on the south side of Scenic 30-A so you don't have to worry about waiting for traffic to stop to cross the sometimes busy 30-A. . . The beaches here are located at the wide public beach access which was important to us because the closer you get to the mini condos down the strip, the more private areas there are with vendors with private property signs. This tranquil area of Eastern Lake on 30-A is the best of both worlds! We can't wait for you to come visit and experience it for yourselves.
