This home is located in a sleepy residential area of Santa Rosa Beach off the beaten path but very close to all the reasons millions and millions of people choose this area to vacation in year after year. Sugar sand beaches, clear emerald waters, 30-A, Crab Island, The harbor, Great dining, water sports and so much more.

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table that sits 6, laundry with full sized washer and dryer, half bath, bedroom with king bed and waterview.
