You have arrived at a professionally designed townhome that is curated to take your sense of comfort at the beach to another level. Inspired by the oyster shell palette with a touch of the Hamptons. The home is one of a kind.

The open concept, with high tray ceilings and banks of french doors and windows, allows in beautiful light throughout the day. The slipcovered linen furniture makes for the perfect spot to relax, catch a show on the 55" smart TV or drink at the end of the day.

The large kitchen is perfect for the chef and a meal at home. Counter stools make it easy to chat with the chef or dine at the extra-large table.

The Master bedroom with a luxurious King bed, 50" smart TV, and soft white palette make for dreamy nights. The private ensuite with a large shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet are all for your comfort.

The opposite side of the home has a comfortable guest bedroom with two XL twin beds, a 50" smart TV, lots of storage, and French doors to the balcony. Next to the guest room is a full bath. Complete with magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and stool.

The large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating and the view of the forest on this quiet dead-end street is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the morning sun or evening stars.

Prominence on 30A is home to a 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool surrounded by its own luxurious outdoor lounge area. It’s complete with shaded areas, hammocks for lazy afternoon snoozes, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an enormous pool deck. The neighborhood is also famous for its central gathering spot, known as “The Hub.” Prominence’s town center is home to 30A shopping, dining, and live music performances.

Situated between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach near the popular Watersound neighborhood, Prominence is located within a handy distance of the area’s most enjoyable sightseeing and activities. At Prominence on 30A, you’ll be within an easy bike ride of the beach’s sugar-white sands and the gulf’s sparkling waves. We’re also located close to the area’s greatest nature preserves and bike paths, as well as hotspots for outdoor recreation like stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and more.

Beach Accesses:
1. Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. No parking available.
2. Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
3. Santa Clara Regional Beach Access: Walton County, ADA approved beach access with lifeguards located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access.
4. Walton Dunes: 2.5 Miles West of Prominence. There is some roadside parking and no other amenities.
5. Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: 438 South Orange Street; parking, bathrooms, lifeguards, and ADA ramp accessible.

**Please note:** After your reservation is confirmed, you will need to verify your details with Superhog to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover only.
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
4) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period's length.
