The area is so idyllic it was used to film the movie " The Truman Show') Teens and families love to gather in the social atmosphere of Seaside which is a 10 minute car drive from house. Excellent restaurants like Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Ice Cream shop walking distance from house. Excellent biking and hiking trails at Point Washington

About the owner: Hello My name is Marina Hutchinson and I first came to visit the 30 A area 20 years ago for a friend's wedding and fell in love with the area. So in 2021 I built theis modern coastal themed house walking distance to the beach because I love to hear the sound of the ocean and am fascinated by the amazing sunsets.
I built a deck as my husband loves to be outside and was surprised how amazing a star show you can get on the 3rd floor deck on a clear night, and are serenaded by the sound of the ocean and your senses are caressed by the Ocean Breeze, and that is why I call the house "Ocean Breeze Beachhouse"
I speak fluent English, French and Italian, I love to travel and of the many places I have travelled this is my favorite, it is the perfect blend of beach life , ocean breezes and tranquility. I'm always here for my guests 24 /7 and love to help them have the best vacation of their lives.
Why this property? Ocean Breeze Beach house is unique because besides being walking distance to the beach in one of the most beautiful areas in the world, after enjoying your day or a sunset by the beach you can come home to a gorgeous modern home with all the amenities, plus be able to enjoy the rest of the evening on the roof- top deck , gazing at the amazing magical feeling of being surrounded by stars and the ocean breeze. It is part of the exciting and fun 30 A community, where many people choose to get around by bicycle.
The area has stupendous beaches, nearby Grayton Beach was voted America's Best Beach:
