This luxurious queen bed suite above the garage, has everything you need for a couple staying at the beach. It is a fully stocked suite with a 2 burner cooktop ans well as a refrigerator, dishwasher and a convection oven/microwave. This space is located on the preserve side of the gated community of the preserve at grayton beach. Amenities include a private gated beach access to an area of public beach that has no public access. You can rent beach service chairs or just bring the beach chairs provided, as well as 2 pools, tennis, pickle ball and 2 bikes. There is a fat tire beach cart to make going to the beach a breeze.
We supply 2 bikes with locks as well as pickle ball paddles and balls.
There is a Tesla universal charger located in garage fo guest use. It will charge your car from 0-100% in 2 1/2 hours.

About the owner: John and Cynthia Holloway have decided to share this space with you. Their studio is a space of comfort and zen. The space was designed for them but they decided to share it with others.
Why this property? This property is perfect if you are just wanting a space to get to the beach at a great price point. Probably the nicest place on 30A at this price point. Walkability to the beach- Bikes that are maintained. A grill that is maintained. A very clean location to spend your time on 30A.
