About this rental
Located on the famous scenic 30A, this new building is in the center of the Gulf Place community. It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach, or any of the 3 pool/2 hot tub locations. Gulf Place offers on-site bike rentals for the well known 30A scenic bike path, great restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques, This new condo overlooks the Beautiful Amphitheater where you will have a great view for all festivals, events, and activities. It's also close to Seaside, and about 30 miles from Panama City Beach.
This condo is brand new, so everything is new! New tile flooring throughout, new comfy mattresses and a fully furnished kitchen! But if you don't want to cook, restaurants are all around you, including the Perfect Pig next door!

* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. Here are some of our favorite places.
For shopping, morning coffee, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s all in the neighborhood, and you're in the center of it all.
The Perfect Pig is located next door, and serves Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner! Look for great Pulled Pork sandwiches and a variety of specialty salads.
Pizza by the Sea is known for a large selection of toppings, and they offer a gluten free or cauliflower crust as well. If you've never had a Spaghetti and Meatball pizza...here is your chance to try it!
And if you're looking for fresh local seafood, look for Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. We also think their Shunk Burger may be the best on the beach!

This condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious. The pictures and listing information were accurate and the views of the gulf from the balcony and second bedroom were actually better than photographed. It is so close to shopping, eating and the beach access, which makes walking everywhere such a breeze. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

This condo was exactly what I needed for a relaxing weekend away. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, it was only a block from the sandy beach and the neighborhood had great shopping and restaurants only a few steps away. I cant wait to go back.

This was our second time in the condo. Check in was so easy via text with door code and even a text for an early check in. The online guide to services and rules of the condo were helpful. The condo was clean on our arrival and kitchen well equipped. So appreciate laundry facility in the condo! Bonus lots of hangers! We have stayed places where you are lucky to get 5. They have have lots of hangers! The condo is in Gulf Place. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed Shunk Gulley and The Vue. Our favourite part is being able to sit on the balcony and see the water.it is a corner unit so really the balcony wraps around. Perfect for Morning coffee or an afternoon beverage! One more reason …a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beach!

We ran down to the beach for a quick weekend stay and found this condo to be a great find. It is not on the beach but an easy walk through the Gulf Place area to 3 different path ways to the beach. The condo lay out is great essentially 2 master BR. Also had one bunk bed room. The common areas were very roomy and nicely decorated. We had most of what we needed in the kitchen as well. The rental company replied right away when there was a question or need. We would stay there again

We have stayed in Gulf Place properties for over 15 years. The new building is wonderful and easy to navigate. Love the quiet pool nearby. Many fun activities for my family. We will try to stay here again in the future.
