“Pukalani” – Window of heaven
This beautiful Old-Florida style house sits on a quiet corner lot in the heart of 30-A in Seagrove. A short walk to public beach access, it is conveniently located between Rosemary to the East and Grayton to the west and close to the best shops and dining in the area.
Pukalani features a traditional wrap-around porch on 3 sides and an open concept with living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has its own private porch and large master bath with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and private access to the porch and bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the porch as well. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The private pool area includes space for outdoor dining and relaxing and comes with pool toys, bicycles, and everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. This fun beach get-a-way is perfect for vacationing couples and small families. We would love to show you our hospitality.

Why this property? This property is just what we had in mind with a quiet, corner lot location, but close enough to all the great shopping and our favorite dining along 30-A. Positioned perfectly between Rosemary and Grayton and just a short walk to the Beach, this beautiful Old-Florida style cottage is a perfect beach vacation spot!

The Pukalani house is in the perfect location to enjoy the endless amenities along 30A and it is very close to the beach. My wife and I have rented houses in this area for over 10 years, and Pukalani is far and away our favorite. The house is gorgeous and so tastefully done with comfy beds and furniture, beautifully landscaped yards, pool, and even a fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs! Well equipped kitchen even has a wine fridge. The owner, Tim Lucy, could not be easier or more pleasant to work with. This was our 2nd year at Pukalani and we will be there again next year. So happy we found this rental!

Kevin M.40th Anniversary Vacation
My wife and I wanted to go to the beach for our anniversary. After staying at the Reunion House and being so happy with the owners, we knew we wanted to rent from them again. We picked a smaller house as it was only the two of us. The home was absolutely beautiful! Kitchen was stocked, nice furniture, comfy bed, amazing yard and pool. Tim Lucy was fantastic to work with. It was close to the beach, grocery store and nice restaurants. It was such a nice, relaxing, fun vacation! We can’t wait to return to Florida and will definitely stay here again.
