Why this property? This property is for the person who wants to get away from it all and have everything you need in a house. The house is perfect for the person who wants a private vacation but you can still go and visit all the busy areas of 30A.

We have been coming to 30A for the last 4 years and stayed at various homes, this is our absolute favorite. We have 3 young kids and the house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The bikes were great, the 6 seater golf cart was just what we needed, cornhole, spikeball, beach gear, beach towels and the amazing salt water pool. We had plenty of room for our family of 5!The beds were extremely comfortable, our kids loved all the bunk beds!The kitchen had plenty of plates, dishes and all the necessities to cook at home.We loved this home and would stay again next year!!
