A deeded right-of-way across Estero Blvd takes you to the middle of the most beautiful section of beach on the island, with expansive sand and signature blue cabanas and beach chairs available for rent. Enjoy the pleasure of walking in the balmy evenings to the beach for an amazing sunset or invite guests over to go for a swim in the large heated pool or just sit outside and enjoy the evening breezes off the bay and the beautiful view. All in all, this gem of a home can be the perfect retreat from the cold north. It sleeps six comfortably. There are flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and one each in the living room and family room.

Notes: The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds, living room has a queen sleeper sofa so the house can sleep 6 comfortably. Each of the two bathrooms has a stand-up marble shower, there is no bathtub. All linens are provided, including beach towels.
