A fully equipped kitchen w/Keurig coffee maker to greet the day (drip coffee maker available upon request), a full bath, dining & living rm on first level. 2nd level has 2 full bathrooms, Master w/king, bath & balcony overlooking the beach. 2nd BD has 2 twin over full bed bunks and a full bathroom ensuite.
Rental includes: AC, free secure wifi, cable, all bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs service and umbrella and sand toys for the kids, outdoor table and chairs as well as deck chairs for sunning on the private deck,. Close to several local restaurants - Schooners is within walking distance! Gas grill on the back deck. Outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day in the sun. The outdoor deck is so large it's like another living area. On-site free parking. Iron board and iron. Washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker and hot pot for tea. Dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Just walk out your backdoor to the beach paradise of Panama City.

Area Information
We are located directly on the beach on the east end of Panama City Beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance from the townhouse - Schooner's, Patches, Shore Shack Pizza to name just a few. There are a few souvenir shops as well within walking distance. There's nothing better than private parking directly in front of your townhouse, walking in (no waiting on elevators) and having the beach and Gulf of Mexico right in your backyard. The view is amazing!

About the owner: Retired military who can't stay away from the beach and the sea. We were stationed here in 2008-2011 and fell in love with the area so we decided this is where we would build our retirement home. Sugar white beaches and a welcoming patriotic community make this our happy place.
Why this property? Whether your heart lies in the golden sunrises or a scenic sunset stroll, there is always something to be said about that feeling you get with your toes buried in the sand and salty air awakens your senses. Relaxation at its best.

We had an awesome stay at this property on Panama City Beach. The property is right on the beach and beautiful! There was plenty of room for our entire family. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean! The property manager Jessica is great with communication and supplied the home with so many amenities. She is was easy to reach when called upon and made us to feel very welcome in this home. The deck on the back was great for grilling and gave us direct access to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and we definitely plan on staying at this property again. Thank you Jessica for a wonderful stay your property made our family vacation one to remember.

From start to finish it was a great experience! The condo was even nicer than we had anticipated. It was bright, nicely appointed and VERY clean. It was so nice to wander up from the beach and straight into our condo without having to wait for an elevator with a hundred other people.Our host, Jessica, put our stay over the top. She contacted us first thing to make sure we got in ok and to see if we had any questions. It was nice that she was local and hands on. We have already booked again for next year.

This place is a little slice of heaven. The view from the back porch is breathtaking and you are literally steps from the ocean. The amenities are the best I have enjoyed in any rental property. The he owners spared no expense to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jessica sets the standard for property management. She met us the first day and was always there to answer any questions. This is a must see property!
