The condo is located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a gated community with a meticulous par 72 championship golf course, with a full practice range, putting green and short game practice area. Kelly Greens also includes tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, a full service restaurant and fitness center, along with 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks and streets for walking, jogging or biking. A full time activities director fills the calendar with fun group and individual activities. See our Notes under the 'RATES Section' about the (optional) Full Membership Transfer Fee of $400 to play Golf and a ‘Dining-Only’ (optional) fee if you choose. Rates for these 2 options have been changed by Kelly Greens - effective 6/1/2021 to 12/31/2021.
***Clubhouse and fitness center are currently unavailable due to restoration from Hurricane Ian. Dining options are available in an air conditioned tent with a full service kitchen.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a full kitchen and laundry boasts a spectacular water view. Enjoy sunsets on the private lanai. No worries about golfers passing by your condo as you relax, as this condo is located with a view of the 13th green. This first floor corner unit includes free WIFI and cable tv and covered parking. Our outside storage closet contains beach chairs, beach tent, 3 bicycles, beach cart, beach games and coolers for your enjoyment.

One of Kelly Greens greatest attributes is its location as it is close to so many attractions.
Kelly Greens is located 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach with restaurants, beaches, shopping, and a fun night life. The Sanibel Causeway, taking you to the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, is only 3 miles away. Bunche Beach, a hidden gem, is 2 miles away and an easy bike ride to spend the day on the Gulf. Close by are the training parks for the Boston Red Sox - Jet Blue Park and the Minnesota Twins - Century Link Sports Complex. Lovers Key State Park is nearby, which is a fantastic 712 acre state park with many beaches and mangroves for you to enjoy. Adjacent to Kelly Greens, and only 3 minutes away, is the Sanibel Outlet stores for shopping and many restaurants. Key West Express, a boat trip to Key West, and multiple boat, fishing and leisurely cruises are available, only a short drive away. Downtown Fort Myers offers music and art walks along the river, with shopping and an abundance of restaurants and entertainment, on the water.

NOTES ABOUT ADDITIONAL FEES FOR KELLY GREENS GOLF/COUNTRY CLUB:
*Kelly Greens offers an optional "Full Membership Transfer Fee" of $600 which includes golf and the use of all facilities, restaurant, bar, grill, snack bar and fitness center. This is an optional one-time fee for a 30 to 90 day reservation (1-3 months). Kelly Greens also offers an optional "Dining Only" Transfer Fee for $150 during the entire length of your reservation. These prices are set and managed by Kelly Greens. Golf transfer is from May 1st to December 31st of each year.
When playing golf, golf cart is an additional fee and includes a warm-up bucket of range balls prior to round.

Why this property? This property is the perfect place, as it is a private gated community on a beautiful golf course located minutes from area pristine beaches. There is so much to do, and yet this is a quiet, serene setting.

We stayed at this lovely condo in June of 2021. What a wonderful find! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is beautifully decorated in light and bright decor which gives you a subtle Florida vibe. The fully appointed kitchen was a joy in which were were able to prepare our meals. The lanai is a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal, watch the golfers on the 13th green, watching the wildlife on the water or the beautiful sunsets. Bikes and beach chairs were a great addition for our short jaunt to the beach. We purchased the Golf add on and golfed daily on this pristine course. My husband and I even enjoyed a tennis game or two. The community is beautiful, well kept, and even has a club house to enjoy a delicious meal while watching some golf.
