Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $1,000 reservation deposit is required to secure your monthly rental.
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: Your deposit will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less before check-in: Your $1,000 deposit will be forfeited. If we rebook your stay at full rental rate, your deposit will be refunded, less the $150 cancellation fee.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel interruptions, illness, severe weather, and other covered events.
House Rules
Maximum occupancy: Four registered guests. The total number of people on the property, including visitors, may not exceed the contracted occupancy.
No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
Noise: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. No loud music or disruptive noise at any time. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., including the pool and patio areas.
No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.
Pets: No pets without prior written approval.
Pool and spa: No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be closely supervised at all times. No diving, running, or glass in the pool area.
Parking: Park only in designated spaces serving the property. Do not block neighboring driveways
Care of the home: Please treat the furnishings with care. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Report damage, spills, or maintenance concerns promptly.
C/A: Keep exterior doors and windows closed while AC is running.
Trash: Place bagged trash in the designated bins and follow the collection instructions provided.
Grilling: If using the grill, keep it in its designated outdoor location, attend it while in use, and clean it afterward.
Security: Lock doors when leaving
Check-in/checkout: Follow times stated in rental agreement.
