The Space:
This four-bedroom house comfortably sleeps 12: a king master bedroom with its own bath, a second queen bedroom, a third queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. The kitchen's fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and blender, and starter toiletries — including travel-size shampoo — are provided. A washer and dryer, iron and board, and towel set are also on hand.
Outside, there's a large pool, a private garden, and a private porch. Inside, you've got a pool table, ping pong table, ice hockey table, and a smart TV. One thing worth knowing: the hot tub you'll see in photos is part of the pool system and uses the same unheated water — it's not a separate heated hot tub.
You're close to Gulf Coast Hospital and Lee Health Sports Complex, and just five minutes from shopping and dining.
Guest access: The home is available for guest use. Please note the garage is not available, including the second car garage.
House rules: Children welcome; pets and smoking not allowed. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
