This home is located in the picturesque community of Cape Haze which boasts twenty-six miles of canals and lush landscapes with wildlife galore, in addition to several beaches and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention the convenience of Rotonda West Golf and Country club that offers five golf courses right in our backyard!
The home has been lovingly owned privately and it shows, it is tastefully furnished and is in impeccable condition. It warmly welcomes guests, exuding a lush tropical vibe and conveying a homey feel at the same time. Two majestic palms swaying in the breeze and blooming hibiscus flowers form the initial impressions - you know that you have left the ordinary and are about to step into the realm of the exotic.
The beautiful setting is further evident in the rear of the home where the brick paved lanai overlooks a water vista and a golf course yonder, inviting you to be still and just absorb the beauty. Watching the wildlife - alligators and birds - from the comfort of the home is a favorite past time. Imagine lazily waking up to enjoy a hot cuppa of tea or coffee on the sundrenched lanai. Listen to the birds and the putt of an occasional golfer. Ready to take relaxation to the next level? Step into the hot tub with a refreshing beverage, with the heated pool mere steps away. The spacious lanai offers multiple vantage points to enjoy nature in luxury. In the breezy evenings, substitute coffee for cocktails!
The home features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen opening up to the spacious living room. Enjoy family time making a delicious meal while being a part of the festivities. The Family room opens to the pool and lanai.
Master bedroom opens to the lanai and is complemented by a large bathroom suite complete with a shower and jacuzzi hot tub.
Bedroom #2 contains a queen sized bed and also opens up to the lanai.

What I love:
I love this villa because of it's intimacy and privacy whilst being just a short drive from numerous restaurants and the beaches. It is located in the newest part of Rotonda, on a dead-end street so there isn't a lot of through traffic. Rotonda West is a good place to declare a home base. The area has plenty to offer but if more excitement is desired major Florida attractions are a few short hours away - Siesta Key (1 hour), Venice Beach (40 mins), Orlando (2.5 hours).
When I am here, I feel like I am the master of my destiny this day - should I relax and swim at home or venture out to the local beaches or beyond - maybe do both?

About the owner: I made my first trip to Rotonda West in the the summer of 2020. I was instantly hooked - I have cruised and traveled abroad for many many years - this place however, got my attention. The heady combination of lush natural beauty, clear blue skies and starry nights experienced in the ease and comfort of being in a home that has everything one might need....no planning required...was unbeatable. I wanted a slice of this pie forever, I am however, willing to share with others. This is my story and how I ended up here. I hope you get to experience this too.
Why this property? This property has been beautifully appointed and is located on a beautiful tranquil pond. Great views and lots of lanai space to relax in. It fits the mood of a classy, relaxed and luxurious vacation.

We were fortunate to stay at the Hibiscus Palms in March. The tastefull, beautiful decorating catches your attention immediately. Its spacious open scenic view of the large lani, heated pool, and hot tub, along with watching the wildlife over the pond made it perfect for relaxing. The homes has a fully equipped kitchen to make cooking easy. Loved the walk in shower and huge walk in closet in the master. We appreciated having the beach chairs and towels for our trips to the beaches. The owner and management company were very receptive and kind.

We stayed over the holidays and thru the month of January 2023. The house and pool area were very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook in but the location is centrally located to enjoy eating out. The owner was very welcoming and the maintenance staff was very helpful. Great rental for small family or 2 couples.

The Hibiscus Palms home was all that we hoped it would be. Clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were a central attraction for the visit. We rent homes here frequently to visit our family. This one is on our list of keepers! The owner and property managers were very cordial and responsive.

My husband and I were very impressed with Hibiscus Palms. The home was in excellent condition, clean and had all the conveniences of home. The open floor layout was great and the master suite, master bathroom and walk-in closet was quite large.In the garage there were chairs and umbrella's, water boards, etc. for the beach, everything that you might need.We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed whole month of February 2022. The home and amenities were just as pictured and noted in the description. Exceptional, fully screened brick patio/lanai area extended full length of house. Relaxed here almost every day enjoying the large heated pool , hot tub and watching wild life in the pond. The house itself was comfortable, clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The area itself was quiet with a short drive to Publix. Restaurants and beaches were not too far also. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A beautiful Rotunda property! The pond and pines make the view from the lanai beautiful and private. Very quiet! Nice Florida decor. Clean home. Well equipped. Had a few gator spottings in the pond. Enjoyed grilling local seafood and dining on the lanai. Wish we were able to rent again, but already booked for next spring. We brought our business with us so a desk or second table would be perfect. Thanks for sharing your home.

This home was very clean and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Awesome pool, spa, and views from the lanai. The location give quick access to Boca, Manasota Key, Englewood, Port Charlotte, etc. Many golf and trail options as well.

Although there is much to do near Rotonda, this fine property lures one in for relaxation. The fine furnishings & luxurious Master Suite promote restfulness and peace. We spent hours on the lanai using pool, whirlpool, contemplating the water and viewing wildlife. We will definitely return to this outstanding property!

Loved our recent stay in this well-appointed immaculate home with an amazing pool, hot tub, BBQ, lush pond views. Very relaxing and tranquil setting. Enjoyed hiking along the perimeter of the nearby bird sanctuary and along the golf course. Short drive to beaches and other sites. Highly recommend.

I stayed in this beautiful Rotonda West home in January 2021. The owner provided everything that I needed. The pool and spa were so relaxing. I enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning, wine during the evening hours. The rear of the house overlooks a fresh water pond and woods. The wildlife was abundant and fun to watch. This home is in the back section of Rotonda West, on a dead-end street, so you don't have to worry about privacy or noise. I patronized many fine restaurants during my stay, Farlows on the Water one of my favs. The beach by Boca Grande was amazing. Will definitely return for a future stay.

This home was absolutely amazing! Very well maintained and clean. The area is neighborhood was beautiful! We had everything our family needed for a weeks stay. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic with incredible views of the the water and nature. We loved it so much we are booking again next year! We can't wait to go back!! The owner was very kind and left us a hand written card with a bottle of champagne! She was first class all the way! We are very happy we rented this home!
