This cozy three-bedroom, two-bath pool home features a split floor plan which provides a nice separation of space. As you enter the home, the living room offers views out the sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai area with mature vegetation as a backdrop. To your left is the nicely appointed kitchen with updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated pantry.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, desk, and features French doors opening to the pool area. Guest bedroom 2 has a full-size bed. A bathroom between the 2 bedrooms has a tub/shower. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The caged lanai features a heated pool with a covered dining area and grill on the paver patio deck. Mature landscaping offers privacy. A baby gate for the pool may be installed for safety of younger children. Optional pool heat is $100 per week. Wi-fi included with streaming for all the TVs.
In close proximity are 3 beaches on the Gulf of Mexico-Englewood, Stump Pass, and Boca Grande. Fishing, boating, and kayaking opportunities abound. Walking and biking trails are within the Rotonda West community, in addition to 5 golf courses, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Fine dining and shopping are close by in Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice, Punta Gorda and Sarasota.

This is a nice little place. It had plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Clean when we arrived. Our only complaint is that we paid $100 a week extra for pool to be heated to 85 degrees. When we arrived we purchased a thermometer because the pool seemed cold. It read 79-80 degrees. We contacted our management team and were told it was due to the cooler weather and it would warm up. After a couple of days of warm nights and days it was still reading the same so contacted the team again and they sent one of their guys out to check it. He couldn’t even read the numbers on the panel because the heater was so old so just pushed the up button about 5 times and left. Well we got our warm water - for about a week and then it just dropped back down to 79-80 again. Contacted the managment team again and said that there was something definitely wrong with it - finally they sent out a pool company who said the heater wasn’t fixable and would need a new one (this was by our last week there). Contacted the management company again and explained that we understand that these things happen but felt we should not have to pay for the weeks we couldn’t use it at the stated temperature and would like to be compensated. The response was that they would send a check. Today the check came - $100 refund - we paid $500 to have heat and are very disappointed that we didn’t get at least $300-400 refund since we spent all our time having to deal with this. I only saw the pool man come and clean it twice. We were the ones who would turn on the hose to make sure it was filled when the water level went down. The only other thing that was disappointing - there weren’t any dressers to put your clothes in - in 2 of the bedrooms - which is nice to have when your staying for a longer period of time rather than living out of a suitcase. Otherwise this was a nice property. Being on the corner it was a bit noisier than others we have stayed at in the same area.
