Walk to Panera's, 5 Guys, Tropical Smoothies, Naples Brewhouse, Maguro Sushi and Steakhouse, Bealls, Staples, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Hue Nail Salon, Salon Haven, Petco and many other shops at the Gateway Shoppes corner of 41 and Wiggins Pass Road. Walgreens, Lemoncello's and other restaurants also within walking distance. Nicely Fully turnkey furnished Apt with screened lanai with Propane Barbecue grill. Not a typical rental full kitchen with small appliances and all cookware needed. TV's (2) with Comcast and Comcast Hi speed internet. Queen size bed and stall shower. All linens and towels everything you need just bring toothbrush, groceries and laptop or ipad. Beach chairs and beach towels available. Beaches 2-3 miles either direction. No community fees or applications to associations. No hassle. Truck is Ok and room for small boat behind house. This is the North side of duplex

A well behaved dog may be possible if groomed, not a big barker to disturb other tenant and either crated or goes with you when your away. Pet Deposit of $500 additional with $350 returned if no damage.

$1000. to make reservation and balance split between 120 and 60 days prior arrival. If arrival less then 90 days all due when reservation is made.
I don't accept credit cards but paypal, Zelle or other bank transfer will. I will accept a check if priority mailed when reservation made.
If using paypal send from a non business account to friend and there is no fee charged. If I am charged a fee by not following sending to a friend I will take the fee out of your security deposit.

Perfect Oasis
I am looking forward to another delightful vacation this winter, away from chilly Kansas. I am writing a belated review and hope I remember enough details to do this delightful home-away-from-home justice. They included the owner's patient professionalism in working with me when I had to change my dates, the proximity to conveniences, yet the peaceful oasis I needed, cleanliness, and the completely equipped kitchen, as I enjoy cooking. Also, the extra attention to detail: bird seed for feeder, soap for washer, plentiful linens, and comfy cushions on lanai loungers and chairs, etc. Not the least is the readily available willingness to assist, e.g., with computer, cable TV and even beach access info. Book early. And often... Enjoy!
