This modern, contemporary style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths has views of the pool and lake from almost every room, and boasts a 70" smart TV in its ultra-comfortable living room. The formal dining room seats six, and the well-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel Bosch appliances, a round table for four in the kitchen nook facing the lake, and a large island with granite countertops.
The Master Suite has a king-size bed with a 60" smart TV, a fully upgraded master bathroom with high end Grohe fixtures, a rainshowerhead, a handheld shower, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge round bathtub.
The guest bedrooms both have queen-size beds, and each has a 42" smart-TV. The second bathroom has a comfortable, big walk-in shower and is shared by the two guest bedrooms
This home has a bright, spacious pool deck with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining table for six overlooking the beautiful lake with hedges along the side and calming palm trees on the back. My wife and I stayed for 39 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described and shown and is in a great location. The pool is tremendous. The shower in the Master Bath is tremendous. The gas grill is tremendous. We are experienced renters and would not hesitate to stay here again. We had one issue of dispute which seems to have been resolved fairly.
