Sunrise Daydream, located just over a mile to the beach, has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The home is within walking or biking distance of many restaurants, shopping centers, recreational activities, and beaches.
There is room for the whole family with this open floor plan, which boasts tall ceilings, top of the line appliances and finishes, and a covered lanai overlooking a private, heated screened pool and large spa.
When you walk into the space you will be surprised how open it feels with the spacious rooms and tall ceilings. The main living area opens to a covered, screened lanai with table seating for 6 (additional chairs available). The heated pool and oversized spa are only steps away. An outdoor shower, chaise lounges, an additional seating area, Roku TV, and a Weber LP grill complete the outdoor entertainment area.
The home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, and includes (5) 4K Ultra HD Roku TVs (70" in the family room, 65" on the lanai, 58" in the Master BR, 50" in the king guest room and 43" in the twin guest room), and Bluetooth speakers w/surround sound in the family room.
The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with granite counters, Jenn-Air SS appliances, pantry, and a large island. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of shelf space. There is also a two car garage and a new (2022) whole house water purifier.
The master bedroom boasts a new split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath with two sinks, a walk-in closet, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful, updated bathroom.
This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs, a beach tent and umbrella, a wheeled cooler, sand toys, 4 adult bicycles, books, games, and puzzles.
We also provide 2 pack-n-plays, baby monitor, sound machine, booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.
Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owners approval prior to booking.

About the owner: My husband David and I are from a Chicago, IL suburb and we are parents to 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren (so far). We didn't travel much when our kids were young, but we started to travel a bit after our youngest went off to college. We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a several years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. My husband is nearing retirement and we hope to spend even more time in Florida, so we decided to start looking for our own piece of paradise!

Why this property? We purchased this property in May 2022 and completely remodeled and furnished it inside and outside to bring it up to our rental standards. We love the tall ceilings that make the front to back living space feel even bigger than it is. The pool and over-sized spa are newer and we added a new lanai and pool cage.

JaradLook no further and book now! Ruth’s place was amazing and our family of four (two adults, two toddlers) had a perfect time. The house is perfect size (even bigger than in pictures), the outdoor space with pool, TV, dining area, Webber grill were among the most popular for us. Professional cookware, large fridge/freezer and spacious kitchen were perfect for hosting guests. Everything was clean and tidy, including the garage which had plenty of room for our Lexus GX SUV. The only disappointing part of our entire stay is that the house has already been rented for next year so we will need to find somewhere else to stay

AnneWe had the most wonderful stay at Sunrise Daydream. The home is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show and is the most well equipped home we’ve stayed in. The pool, spa and screened lanai were private and quiet and we could adjust the temperature easily. There were spaces for three of us to work remotely and wifi was strong. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to both Vanderbilt beach and Delnor-Wiggins and we enjoyed both. It was about 20 minutes from 5th Avenue restaurants/shopping and 30 minutes from the Twins spring training game in Fort Myers. Check in was easy and our host was a great communicator in advance of our stay. We will absolutely return in the future!

We spent a week in February at the Sunrise Daydream rental. The house is lovely. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owner thought of everything to make our visit pleasant. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and within two miles of the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.

We have been through Naples a few times, but had never stayed there. This was, without doubt, the best part of Naples for a vacation. A few blocks from Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches, more restaurants than you can visit, and just a few miles from downtown. The house had everything you need. There are chairs,towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Hot tub and heated pool. Beds were comfortable, with one being adjustable. Has Roku tv like most rentals, but also has cable so you can watch "normal" channels. We were already in Florida when we learned that we would be able to spend an extra week. Ruth was able to accommodate us and have the house ready on the day I called her. We have stayed at several rental houses and condos in Florida that always seemed to have something that was not quite perfect. Not the case with this house. It had everything we needed and everything worked as it should.

Our family of 6 had an amazing week in Naples. This was our second stay at one of Ruth's properties and the quality is unmatched! The house was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The heated pool and spa were the kids favorite part, especially during the full day of rain we had. The ease of adjusting the water temperature, spa jets, water features and lights was very convenient via app and the poolside TV was the perfect way to watch the conclusion of the Masters. The property is located very close to Vanderbilt Beach and several other attractions, which allowed our family to take full advantage of the beautiful Florida weather. The garage had everything you might need for a day at the beach. We utilized a small stroller, beach chairs, coolers and sand toys. We plan to return here for many more memorable vacations! You can't go wrong with a Daydream Vacay Rental!

House is beautiful with newly renovated bathrooms and wonderful screened in lanai and covered pool/spa. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Ruth is a great host and very responsive to any questions that may arise. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. You couldn’t find a better rental property in Naples Park, especially one that allows pets.

Linda H.My husband and I were nervous about booking a rental property for 4 weeks without any recommendations, but we couldn't have been happier with our decision. This well appointed home is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a good set of sharp knives. Our adult children visited for a few days and the house never felt crowded even with the 5 of us. We spent many afternoons enjoying the heated pool, spa and lanai. The friendly neighborhood is convenient to everything, with shopping and restaurants just minutes away. The owner, Ruth, was very nice to deal with and was always immediately reachable by phone or text. For us, this house made for the perfect Florida getaway!
