Beach parking fills fast in season — arrive at Lowdermilk Park before 10am (Dec–Apr) to actually get a spot; afternoons can mean circling for 20+ minutes.
Skip the Pier crowds — Naples Pier is famous, but locals often head to the quieter stretch of beach right off Gulf Shore Boulevard (steps from this condo) instead, especially at sunset.
Third Street South's farmers market — a Saturday-morning tradition (seasonal) with local produce, flowers, and live music — a nicer, less touristy start to the day than 5th Ave.
Best sunset spot — the beach directly across from Coquina Sands gets far less foot traffic than the Pier, so you can actually find a quiet patch of sand for golden hour.
Bring bikes or rent them — the neighborhood's wide, shaded streets (canopied by banyan and palm trees) make it one of the most walkable/bikeable parts of Naples; locals use bikes more than cars for short trips to 5th Ave.

You can pay by credit card or ACH. For a season rental, a 50% deposit reserves your dates and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before arrival.
We recommend travel insurance in the event of sudden illness or death. Refunds are available if you cancel more than 90 days before your check-in date; within 90 days of check-in there is no refund.
The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Monthly Cleaning is included. You can pay for additional weekly cleaning if you'd like.
