Nestled in the highly sought-after Coquina Sands neighborhood, the Eleven Hundred Club offers an unparalleled location right on Gulf Shore Boulevard, directly across the street from the pristine, sugary white sands of the Gulf of America. Coquina Sands is celebrated for its serene, tree-lined streets shaded by beautiful banyan and palm trees, offering a tight-knit, family-friendly, and laid-back coastal lifestyle.
Just steps from your door, you can spend your days collecting seashells, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the Florida sun. You are conveniently located near Lowdermilk Park, a premier beachfront destination featuring volleyball courts, picnic areas, and a concession stand.
When you are ready to explore beyond the beach, you are only a short 5-minute walk or a quick drive to the world-renowned 5th Avenue South and the Third Street Historic District. Here, you can indulge in upscale shopping, dine at award-winning restaurants, explore local art galleries, or enjoy vibrant nightlife and entertainment. Whether you prefer a quiet day by the water or a lively evening in downtown Naples, this location offers the very best of Southwest Florida living.
Attractions Within Walking Distance:
Gulf of America Beach — directly across the street; soft white sand, ideal for morning walks or sunset views

Third Street South Historic District — upscale shops, art galleries, and a Saturday farmers market (seasonal)
Naples Pier — historic fishing pier with sweeping Gulf views, a short walk or quick bike ride south along the water
Favorite Places to Eat:
Osteria Tulia — beloved Italian spot known for handmade pastas; a Naples favorite for date nights
The Rooster — casual American fare in a lively, come-as-you-are atmosphere
Caffé Milano — indoor/outdoor seating right on 5th Ave, great for people-watching over dinner

Inside Scoop (Tips Only Locals Know):
Beach parking fills fast in season — arrive at Lowdermilk Park before 10am (Dec–Apr) to actually get a spot; afternoons can mean circling for 20+ minutes.
Skip the Pier crowds — Naples Pier is famous, but locals often head to the quieter stretch of beach right off Gulf Shore Boulevard (steps from this condo) instead, especially at sunset.
Third Street South's farmers market — a Saturday-morning tradition (seasonal) with local produce, flowers, and live music — a nicer, less touristy start to the day than 5th Ave.
Best sunset spot — the beach directly across from Coquina Sands gets far less foot traffic than the Pier, so you can actually find a quiet patch of sand for golden hour.
Bring bikes or rent them — the neighborhood's wide, shaded streets (canopied by banyan and palm trees) make it one of the most walkable/bikeable parts of Naples; locals use bikes more than cars for short trips to 5th Ave.
Kayak/paddleboard launch tip — Naples Bay side (via Bayview Park) is a quieter put-in than the Gulf side if guests want calm-water paddling.
