Enjoy south-side views, a nature walkway, pond & water fountain view and attached 1-car garage (11' wide x 20'-9" deep). Enjoy orchids and tropical plants along the nature boardwalk, canoe or kayak on Rock Creek, relax in the community pool & hot tub, feed the turtles from the deck. Internet/wifi available for streaming services (NO CABLE). Close to downtown Naples and Tin City Waterfront Shops. You will also enjoy access to a walking/biking path that leads to Baker Park and Greenway Park. Just 5 miles from Lowdermilk Beach (park has restrooms, outdoor showers, concession stand). Unit has 2 adult size bicycles and 1 smaller size bicycle.

Damage deposit is $500. Full refund will be issued if no damages.
Application fee is $150. Applications can take up to 30 days to be approved by the board.
Cleaning fee is $250.

This is a self check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Rental application must be submitted 30 days prior to start of lease.

Take the walking/biking path to Baker Park and Greenway Park. Just 7 miles to Hogfish Harry's Restaurant.. one of our favorites! Coral Cay Adventure Golf is also nearby for some fun after the sun.
