This spacious condo has a split floor plan with two bedrooms. The master suite has a comfortable California king size bed, a large walk in closet, full bath with double sinks and sliding glass door in master bedroom opens out to the lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds, large closet and next to a full bath and a laundry room. Everything is here including beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. The living area has a new sofa, love seat, swivel chair and a large entertainment center. The living area also opens out to the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dining facilities include bar stool seating and a separate dining area.

Our condo is located in a fantastic area. Being west of 41 brings you closest to many beaches like Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach and Bonita Beach. Wiggins Lake is very close to lots of shops, restaurants, entertainment, golf courses ect.

About the host: We grew up in Abington, MA ( south of Boston) We first fell in love with Florida traveling with our 3 young children. We traveled all of Florida but knew the first time we visited Naples it was going to be our place to retire someday in our future. In 2001 we found our place in paradise. We own our own business in Milton, MA. We both look forward to the day when we retire to escape the cold winters to our beautiful condo in Naples.
Why this property? What we like most about our condo is our location. Being West of 41 we are very close to many beaches, shops and restaurants.

Great stay at Wiggins Lake and Preserve
The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches and easy to get around. Gail was the perfect host and easy to communicate with!

Everything we needed
We had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with pantry & kitchen essentials and beach gear. I especially enjoyed the bike that was left for my use. I rode it everyday. It was steps from the pool which was very convenient. And we were so close to Royal Scoops that we made almost too many stops there for the delicious ice cream. Great location to all the restaurants and grocery stores on Rt. 41. Would stay again. Thanks, Gail.
