Open-concept 1,450 square feet all located on ground floor with access from double car garage. On each side of spacious living area you'll find two King suites with screened-in lanai on each. Master suite includes walk-in bathroom with large glass shower. Ensuite privilege for guest King suite with tub and shower. Beach chairs and umbrellas, his and hers bikes and golf club included in your rental as well as access to fabulous village centre with beach-style pool and fully equipped fitness club. Eat in with our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor propane grill, or eat out at some of the best restaurants you'll find anywhere. Access to Florida's finest beaches a short drive away.
Area Information
We are located in the Olé community of Lely Resort - a Mediterranean style collection of villas. Our well kept streets with beautiful vegetation make you want to get out and walk about. The highlight is our village centre where you'll find a fully equipped gym, pub, ice cream shop and a huge beach-style pool complex with rock waterfall, surrounded by palm trees. Food and drink service is available pool side most days. You are a short drive away some of Florida's premier beaches - Marco Island, Naples Beach and more. A short drive south takes you to Everglade City, where you can explore walking trails through the Everglades, take an air-boat ride or sit river-side to enjoy fresh stone crabs, shrimp and other Florida delicacies.

About the owner: Gord and Dawn live in Hamilton, ON Canada. We are semi-retired professionals who love travelling, being active and enjoying nature and the great outdoors. Naples weather is amazing, allowing us to enjoy all of the activities we love, inside and out.
We love seafood, and fell in love with the abundance of casual and formal dining experiences. Ask us about our favourites!
Why this property? We love the resort feel of the property including tennis, pickle ball courts and the pool area. There is beach volleyball and a kiddie pool. The pub serves drinks and food for the pool area, and has specials and fun nights. The on-site cinema shows twice weekly films with free popcorn.
The Ole Community is well cared for, and a safe area to bike and walk around.
Naples Beach and Marco Island beaches are easily accessible by car, and are beautiful sand beaches to relax on. The Gulf of Mexico is usually calm and warmer than the Atlantic side of Florida. We’ve seen dolphins many times from the beach, and have gone on sailing trips where we saw sea turtles, manatees and went shelling on the outer islands.
Downtown Naples and the entire area has amazing restaurants and shopping opportunities. Foodies will be delighted by the cuisines and the variety of restaurants. Biking trails and botanical gardens as well as orange groves are located in this area
The Everglades are nearby and we’ve gone for the seafood and an airboat tour.
For hockey fans, Sawgrass and the Florida Panthers are a 90 minute drive across Alligator Alley!

I loved our host. I only had a few questions during our stay and he always quick with a helpful response. The unit was great! 2 large master suites. Made it easy to work remote from the desk in the one bedroom. Great location in OLE. Would definitely rent again and have already referred friends to this host.
