With the oversized patio doors that open up into each other you are able to make the outside feel like part of the home.
Rental includes golf membership transfer! Enjoy the championship 18-hole golf course, tennis, bocce, fitness center, billiards, restaurant, and more. Regular social events scheduled to add to your excitement during your stay.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding. For late nights you can enjoy a movie on the smart TV. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower with a bench in it. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet with tons of room for storing all of your items for your stay.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV for relaxing in your room. Plenty of closet space and dresser drawers provide a second suite for guests.
In the family room there is a large couch with pullout bed that can be used for additional sleeping area. This open concept area provides a ton of living space with an amazing view down the golf course. There is also a standing desk and dual monitors to allow you to get caught up on emails or use the webcam for a video conference while you are away.
Condo includes a covered parking space right by the elevators that take you up to the third floor. There is also plenty of guest parking available just steps away.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow up to 30 days for processing
Cleaning fee includes deep disinfecting of the property and making sure all linens are cleaned and ready for your visit.
Golf Transfer fee of $199 will fully transfer the membership to you. This provides full use of the country club including Golf, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Restaurant, Bar, Fitness Center, and other amazing amenities. You will also be able to purchase a sticker for your car or rental car to get in and out of the gate for $5 from clubhouse.
A $2000 deposit due upon signing lease to hold rental. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the start of the lease and non-refundable at that time.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
We ask that you provide this as a separate check and we will not deposit unless needed.

About the owner: Rob and Lauren have loved traveling to Florida with our kids since they were little. We have two sons and a daughter. Our permanent home is in Michigan so we know how great it is to get a break from the cold temps and relax by the pool or play a round of golf. We fell in love with the Naples/Marco area and were renting houses there. We loved it so much we thought we should do the same while providing the best possible experience for our guests. Our properties have only 5-star reviews from everyone that has stayed with us. This is because we don't treat our properties like a rental house we treat it like home. High end furniture, top appliances, large televisions, and the most comfortable outdoor living are key to each property. We would love to have you experience it and see the difference.
