Imagine walking into a suite where the first thing that strikes you is a floor to ceiling and wall to wall panoramic view through the oversized sliding glass doors facing directly west... a view of the turquoise ocean waters and white sandy beach and sand bar in the day, and a direct view of the crimson sunset as evening approaches. And what's more, you can proceed directly out onto the large screened balcony (lanai) which extends from the building to get a full sense of it all: the additional peripheral views of Naples and Sanibel Island, the sound of the waves, the gulf breezes, and the smell of the salty air that only the oceanfront can provide.
Newly renovated, this suite awaits for your private vacation. The building is one of the nicest and well maintained along Fort Myers Beach, with a first class pool and beachfront lounge area. Even the view out the back is picturesque (nature reserve and lake across the boulevard). There is a full kitchen with open concept bar area that looks out to the dining area and living room, and further out to the lanai and ocean. There is a main bathroom and a master en suite, as well as an in-suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large screened double picture window and an oversized sliding door to the lanai that provide 2 separate fantastic corner views of the ocean, and the means to hear the waves all night if you so desire.
There is plenty to do in the area. A scenic nature reserve (former golf course) is right across the street (viewed from the guest bedroom), and there are many great golf courses in the area. The kayaking and boating is excellent from the gulf into Estero Bay. Wildlife is abundant, not only the dolphins and soaring and feeding birds that you will see directly from the lanai, but also the many other animals, sea creatures and bird species that inhabit nearby Lovers Key State Park. You can walk for over 7 miles along the beach. Public tennis courts are 10 minutes away. The biking is phenomenal, as is the fishing in the area just south of the condo on the beaches towards Bonita Springs. Several of the best restaurants in town are less than a 10 minute walk away, and all the excitement of Fort Myers Beach Times Square area awaits on the north end of the island, but you can be assured that when you return to your private residential condo you can relax and enjoy a good night's sleep when you want it.
This condominium has a year-round heated pool, shared sun patio with lounge chairs facing the ocean and a shared outside grill area. Our suite is newly renovated/decorated and fully furnished; just bring your personal items.

Why this property? We are very fortunate to have found this property. There are so many special things about it: floor to ceiling wall to wall view of the ocean, sound of the surf through the lanai, sunset view, safe area, very well maintained condo, upscale part of Ft Myers Beach, outdoor activities (hiking and water sports), ability to walk for miles along the beach.
We have had 8 return renters since we started renting.

Condominium very well located in a very quiet complex. All amenities are present for an excellent stay. Magnificent view from the balcony, beautiful sunset. The fauna is exceptional, we saw dolphins, manatees, rays and several kinds of birds. A walk on the beach is a must, really beautiful. Several good restaurants are within walking distance. We spent an exceptional month there.

I took my family of 6 here from July 17-31, 2021. We had a blast. The view was amazing! We had a great time walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and swimming in the pool. The condo was great; no complaints. It is also conveniently located close to a Publix Supermarket, and several great restaurants. Steve was an excellent and helpful host. We plan to come back!

My stay here at the condo was absolutely the best. Every day you get to see the ocean when opening up your curtains. Sitting on your lanei listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The pool at the condo was always cleaned, and it was a heated pool so that felt great. Very nice people there. One of the little boys lost his tablet, and someone put it in the hall. No one touched, nor stole it. The next day we was coming in at the same time. He was so tickled he found it. I loved how there was a lock on the pool gate, and just anybody couldn’t get in, and swim. Also loved the fated door entry. Steve Wallace was who I rented from, and he was super nice, and answered my questions. Very relaxing vacation, and didn’t want to leave. The only down fall I had nothing to do with the stay at the condo. It was being on a small per say island everything was expensive wherever you went. Since it’s a tour attraction.
