About the Property
Imagine walking into a suite where the first thing that strikes you is a floor to ceiling and wall to wall panoramic view through the oversized sliding glass doors facing directly west... a view of the turquoise ocean waters and white sandy beach and sand bar in the day, and a direct view of the crimson sunset as evening approaches. And what's more, you can proceed directly out onto the large screened balcony (lanai) which extends from the building to get a full sense of it all: the additional peripheral views of Naples and Sanibel Island, the sound of the waves, the gulf breezes, and the smell of the salty air that only the oceanfront can provide.
Newly renovated, this suite awaits for your private vacation. The building is one of the nicest and well maintained along Fort Myers Beach, with a first class pool and beachfront lounge area. Even the view out the back is picturesque (nature reserve and lake across the boulevard). There is a full kitchen with open concept bar area that looks out to the dining area and living room, and further out to the lanai and ocean. There is a main bathroom and a master en suite, as well as an in-suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large screened double picture window and an oversized sliding door to the lanai that provide 2 separate fantastic corner views of the ocean, and the means to hear the waves all night if you so desire.
There is plenty to do in the area. A scenic nature reserve (former golf course) is right across the street (viewed from the guest bedroom), and there are many great golf courses in the area. The kayaking and boating is excellent from the gulf into Estero Bay. Wildlife is abundant, not only the dolphins and soaring and feeding birds that you will see directly from the lanai, but also the many other animals, sea creatures and bird species that inhabit nearby Lovers Key State Park. You can walk for over 7 miles along the beach. Public tennis courts are 10 minutes away. The biking is phenomenal, as is the fishing in the area just south of the condo on the beaches towards Bonita Springs. Several of the best restaurants in town are less than a 10 minute walk away, and all the excitement of Fort Myers Beach Times Square area awaits on the north end of the island, but you can be assured that when you return to your private residential condo you can relax and enjoy a good night's sleep when you want it.
This condominium has a year-round heated pool, shared sun patio with lounge chairs facing the ocean and a shared outside grill area. Our suite is newly renovated/decorated and fully furnished; just bring your personal items.

Guestbook comments from the owner:
Great location with amazing scenery. Sunset views over the gulf, watch dolphins and birds from the balcony, collect seashells, walk for miles along the beach/trails, great restaurants very close by (South Beach Grill, Fish House, Doc Ford's, lots of others), Naples Zoo, Mini Golf, nightlife (Cottage bar, Beached Whale, Blue Martini), Air Boat Rides in Douglastown in the Everglades, Kayaking, canoeing and hiking in Lovers Key State Park, Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Estates.
The condo unit was very clean and the layout amenable to seeing and "feeling" the gulf. We enjoyed the lanai and had many a "happy hour" there while awaiting the sunsets. Lots of both people and bird watching were available. We had several couple guests during our stay who took advantage of the 2nd bedroom and all of us enjoyed the easy walkability to the beach. The other residents and guests in the complex were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed easy walking access to the Santini Plaza and especially liked the Happy Hour and dinner at the South Beach Grille and breakfast at Truly Scrumptious when we ate out. The named "Birkenstock" store in the Santini Plaza is mis-named as they have quite an exhaustive shoe and sandal inventory from a variety of manufacturers. The owner was very responsive from the time we worked with him on a rental time frame and he also responded quickly to either emails or calls if we had questions. Highly recommend this place and unit!
I highly recommend this place to families with children or couples. Excellent location and excellent condo equipped with everything a family needs to feel at home. Beach during the day and pool during the night make you feel in paradise. The owner was very helpful and very detail-oriented making sure the guests had everything they needed for their stay.
This rental unit is very clean and organized and the complex is well taken care of. My family and I had a very enjoyable time. There are some additional perks not listed in the owners write up about the property. Directly behind the property is a large tidal pool or wave surge pool which is great for light tackle fishing. There is a marina a short walk north of the unit where one can rent boats, kayaks or charter a boat for fishing. The plaza right next to the marina has several places to eat when you don't feel like cooking and the plaza also host a farmers market one or two days during the week. A CVS is just north of the plaza which came in handy when running low on supplies. The beach is one of the best walking beaches we've been on and the shelling was really good especially if you like sand dollars. The owner of the property was awesome. He was easy to get a hold of and genuinely concerned about the quality of our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
My husband and I traveled with a couple were friends. We're all from KY and had never been to Ft. Myers. Neither the condo, nor the city disappointed! We enjoyed beautiful weather, friendly people and a never ending good time everywhere we went. Our favorite food spots were SOB's (Smokin' Oyster Brewery) and Nervous Nellie's. Check out the bands at The Cottage bar and grill at night for great music and gulf views. We took The Key West Express for a day trip to Key West. If I had it to do over, I would have stayed the night to allow more time for exploring down there. It's definitely a different world, but a neat one! A day trip to Sanibel and Captiva is a must!! It is BEAUTIFUL! Grab lunch at The Island Cow! It doesn't disappoint. The condo provides every amenity with a world class view! We added a chair and umbrella to the storage room downstairs for beach days. It can get a little warm out there. I don't know if it was just the time we're there, but there were hundreds, if not thousands of sand dollars right out in the water. And yes, if they are green or dark, they are alive, so please put them back. At low tide at night, we saw dozens of star fish, one about 4 1/2 inches longer than my foot, and I'm size 11 in women's! To top tall off, the owner has been the friendliest I've ever worked with. We are all coming back! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!
Book this Condo! You'll love it!
I took my family of 6 here from July 17-31, 2021. We had a blast. The view was amazing! We had a great time walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and swimming in the pool. The condo was great; no complaints. It is also conveniently located close to a Publix Supermarket, and several great restaurants. Steve was an excellent and helpful host. We plan to come back!

Ocean front view
My stay here at the condo was absolutely the best. Every day you get to see the ocean when opening up your curtains. Sitting on your lanei listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The pool at the condo was always cleaned, and it was a heated pool so that felt great. Very nice people there. One of the little boys lost his tablet, and someone put it in the hall. No one touched, nor stole it. The next day we was coming in at the same time. He was so tickled he found it. I loved how there was a lock on the pool gate, and just anybody couldn’t get in, and swim. Also loved the fated door entry. Steve Wallace was who I rented from, and he was super nice, and answered my questions. Very relaxing vacation, and didn’t want to leave. The only down fall I had nothing to do with the stay at the condo. It was being on a small per say island everything was expensive wherever you went. Since it’s a tour attraction.
