Luxurious vacation villa with heated Pool & Spa, completed in July 2013 according to the latest building standards in South West Cape Coral, directly on the salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Oversized Triple-Lot with 15000sqft in a quiet side street, exceptional space and distance to the well-kept neighborhood. Shopping possibilities in short distance (1 mile).
4 Kingbed suites - all with direct access to private bathroom and outdoor area.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king-size bed with high-quality viscose foam mattresses, hypoallergenic mattress protectors and pillows, direct access to private bathroom, is equipped with a Smart TV up to 65" and includes local Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. All rooms have access to the outside via a patio door and thus directly reach the pool area and the boat dock without having to cross through common rooms. Electric blinds protect your privacy and increase comfort. The room light is infinitely dimmable and the fans infinitely variable. The villa has two very efficient air-conditioning systems and divides the climate zones into Masterbedroom/Masterbathroom/Office and Guestbedrooms/Guestbathrooms/Greatroom.
4 bathrooms
The bathrooms have all windows with daylight and barrier-free real glass showers (no shower curtains or acrylic cabins) with wall-mounted as well as separately adjustable rainforest showers. The washbasins are made of granite of the highest quality and have modern top-mounted washbasins with single-lever mixers. The toilets have a comfortable height. The master bathroom also has a large corner bath and a huge, open shower, which also offers space for 2 at the same time. Hairdryer is available in every bathroom, as well as sufficient towels, shower/bath towels, beach towels, washcloths.
Great Room
The living room has an entertainment centre with 65" Smart TV with 4K and also includes local Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime as well as Playstation with many games, Sonos Dolby Atmos system (also for outdoor use, separately adjustable).
Study
In the study you will find a queen bed sofa, an Apple Mac, laser printer. The 1.2GBit Highspeed Internet is also available via Wifi throughout the villa and also outside to the boat dock. Telephone flat rate within US, CAN, EU (landline and mobile) is free of charge. The study has its own direct access to the master bathroom.
Kitchen
The open kitchen made of solid wood is equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances, such as stove, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with soda dispenser and ice crusher, sink with waste shredder. Filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine and gastro milk frother ensure the perfect start to the day. Complete extensive kitchen equipment is a matter of course. Also luxury equipment like wine chiller, cocktail mixer, champagne cooler and house bar up to the pancake pan, lime press, blender, stirrer and much more are not missing. At the bar made of finest granite there are bar stools with space for 6 people. Furthermore, there is a breakfast nook with large sliding doors and a great view of the pool area. Seats for 5 persons.
Dining area
In the dining area there are enough seats for 8 persons. There is an optional highchair for children, as well as children's crockery and cutlery. Also on all table surfaces and the night tables noble granite was not renounced.
Pool, Spa, Lanai & Poolarea
The villa has a western exposure. The pool area is covered by a modern panoramic screen (no cage effect) and an oversized, electrically heated infinity pool & spa with LED. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, relax lounge, wellness sunbeds, large umbrella and a gas grill. The free-form pool is disinfected by electrolysis, so there is NO chlorine irritation, which is easy on the skin.
Boat dock with kayaks
The large boat dock with tiki hut and adirondack chairs has a captain walk and boat lift with canopy up to 10.000 lbs. Optionally a boat up to 27ft can be delivered directly to the dock. The journey time to the last exit from the canal system at the Cape Harbour Yacht Community is about 30 minutes. Then you are already at the last exit to the Gulf of Mexico. The most beautiful sandy beaches on Sanibel Island can be reached by boat in just an hour. With the free usable kayaks you reach the Lake Finisterre in only 5 minutes, just in front of the villa.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a high-quality frontloader washing machine as well as a frontloader dryer, iron with board and clothes horse. Here you will also find lots of board games.
Garage
The garage has electric garage doors with radio remote control and a passageway through the laundry room so that you can always get dry feet into the villa. Here you will find pool accessories, beach chairs and several fishing tackle with accessories.
Safety & Security
This villa is equipped with Hurrican Impact glass with thermal insulation. Pool baby alarm and smoke detector are mandatory. A complex alarm system with police activation as well as electronic code locks protect against burglaries (even if these are rather rare, as Cape Coral is among the top 3 safest cities in the USA) and your valuables. The TAEXX in wall pest control system built into the walls protects against vermin without polluting the air or your health. At Villa Coral Laguna you can feel safe all around.
Other information
The villa is ideal for allergy sufferers, as we ourselves have dust and animal hair allergy sufferers in our family. Only room air filters of the highest quality are used, which are changed regularly. Therefore, unhygienic carpeting has been deliberately avoided. All rooms are optically appealing in natural colors tiled. Smoking in the villa is forbidden, as is keeping pets!

About the owner: As enthusiastic Cape Coral vacationers, who have rented different villas for more than 20 years, we have become acquainted with the most different quality and equipment features. This villa meets even the highest quality standards and offers many highlights that cannot be found elsewhere, because the experience we have gained as tenants has been fully integrated into the planning, construction and furnishing.
Why this property? When building Villa Coral Laguna, we deliberately did not choose a standard floor plan of the usual single-family homes, but an individual floor plan adapted and optimized for rental purposes, which offers each guest the highest possible comfort and the best possible privacy while still retaining the typical American flair of a Florida Villa. Only thanks to the oversized plot, which is 1.5 times the size of the standard plots (Triple Lot), this floor plan could be realized and still offers about 18m distance on both sides to the adjacent neighboring villas. This villa offers everything you need in one of the most beautiful locations in Cape Coral, central enough to get everywhere quickly and yet quiet and off the main roads in a well maintained neighborhood. We are sure, you will not miss anything. Only the best and most experienced people were hired for the construction. Also the construction supervision on site was permanently in reliable German hands.

Villa Coral Laguna is a beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom house. It is on a beautiful canal where you will see lots of boats traveling along. The house is well equipped with lots of special features, particularly electronics. There are six televisions, including one on the veranda. The king size beds in every bedroom are very comfortable. The house is in a very safe neighborhood and is centrally located to several wonderful restaurants. Publix and Walmart are only a few minutes away. We love this house and plan to rent it again next February and March. The property manager, Silvi, is very helpful with any of your needs. She is a pleasure to work with.

This home is amazing. Very luxurious yet very comforting. Pictures don't do it justice. Pool area get plenty of sun during the day. We stayed with two other couples for 3 weeks in January and didn't feel crowded. Plenty of space for everybody. You also don't feel on top of your neighbors. Also sliders open wide to let outside in. Saw a manatee one day in the canal also caught some fish from the dock. Great location and a quite neighborhood. Michael is great to work with. He also has kayaks beach chairs pool floats and coolers for your use. Did I mention a new grill also. When he built this house he thought of everything. This is our second year and have booked for next year. This house is a great value and would highly recommend it. Can't say enough about this house. We have rented other homes in Cape Coral none have come close.

I absolutely loved this house ! We spent hours in the pool and on the lanai . Loved the music system throughout the house and the pool area ! I felt like I was at a resort . Loved the dock and tiki hut . A dolphin greeted us a few mornings . They had everything ! Fishing poles were there and we caught a few fish off the dock .Chairs , umbrellas and coolers for beach . Floats for the pool. 2 kayaks for paddling around tor canal . A tv on the lanai . The bedrooms were all a good size . Beds were comfy . . Very nice bathrooms ! Loved being able to park in garage. Kitchen had everything ! No complaints at all !!

Owner and Property Manager were very easy to work layout is ideal for muti families. We have rented other house in Cape Coral this was our favorite by far. Location is great to get around area. Close to main arteries. Pool area is outstanding and has sun most of the day, that has been hard to find until now. We so enjoyed lounging in the sun around the pool. Pool temp was constant 90 most of the days. Spa would reach 104 when used. One of the only ones that actually heated the spa. Great to have ensuites for each of the bedrooms. Dock area with the Tiki Hut is a great place to relax. This house is better than the pictures show. Very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this house without question. Thank you for sharing your outstanding house with us. We have rebooked for next year and are talking about ensuing years. You can't go wrong with this beautiful premier home.

We had a wonderful stay this fall and couldn’t recommend the property more highly. This was our 5th rental in Cape Coral and one of the best locations with easy access to stores restaurants and the main highway to get over the bridge to Ft Myers. We loved that each of us had king size beds and our own bathrooms. The lanai, pool, and boat dock are spectacular. Having little ones, we greatly appreciated that there was already a pack n play and high chair onsite. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bin of toys that was there. Everything was very clean and the communication between the owner and property manager was the best we’ve ever had. We couldn’t be more grateful for the memories we made and we will certainly return.

Amazing home with beautiful decor, great entertainment area and espectacular views overlooking pool and canal. We fished, BBQ’d, played in the pool. The pool area was our favorite part and was like a tropical oasis. Four king bedroom suites with their own bathrooms made fighting over who gets what room a non-issue. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood & on the canal.We had also booked a boat from the recommended boat rental company on Mr. Michael Häusler's website. The boat rental was also great and the fact that we were allowed to use the boat lift right next to the house was even better. thanks for that.If we rent another house for vacation in Cape Coral, then only this house. From the booking to the final bill, everything was done quickly and professionally. Booked directly through the homeowner's website. The pictures are everything and when you arrive to see - it is so much more!! When we arrived we noticed that past guest left behind some goodies that we took advantage of. When we left, we did the same for the next guest. My husband and I stayed with our twin 2 year old boys and absolutely loved it. We only left twice. The house had everything we needed. There was a huge bag of beach toys for the kids, life jackets in every size from infant up and additional toys as well. We left some for the next guest too. Normally we like to venture out but the pool area kept us hostage willingly. It was our own oasis. Once our boys went down we enjoyed quiet time in the hot tub while watching a movie out back. Some nights we sat down at the tiki hut and listened to the dolphins/manatees splash around along the quiet canal. Next year we plan to rent a boat and venture out. That's right - we booked the house again for next year to make it an Easter family tradition (as long as it's available). Michael the owner was very accommodating. Silvi the manager stopped in to make sure we were comfortable with the pool alarms for our littles and even brought them a Easter treat. If you ever want to sell Michael, we will buy it! :-) Do not hesitate to rent this home

They thought of it all. When our family couldn't find a vacation rental property at our traditional vacation spots on the Carolina coast, we decided to venture out. We were not disappointed!!! The house had everything we needed for our 1 year old granddaughter, yet our young adult children were completely entertained. The house just worked for everyone. The pool area was our favorite part and was like a tropical oasis. Four king bedroom suites with their own bathrooms made fighting over who gets what room a non-issue. We enjoyed venturing out to the Fort Meyers Pier, Sanibel Island and Naples, but we honestly could have stayed at the house all week. I will say that we've always stayed within walking distance of the beach. That was probably the biggest adjustment. We did have to drive about 25 minutes. However, it was nice to see the area, and the tradeoff in the accommodations was well worth it. Make sure to check out Cape Harbor while you are there.

Absolutely wonderful getaway! We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years and this home was by far the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. This beautiful home was spotless, nicely decorated, well equipped, exactly as advertised & the master bed was very comfortable! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood & on the canal. The pool & spa were relaxing & we appreciated using the boat lift for the boat we rented for the week. We enjoyed trips through the canal, lake, river and out to Sanibel.! The owner and property manager were very responsive & available when needed. We were sad to leave this great vacation spot!

This home has everything! Every room has an on-suite which was such a bonus for family members! Nice quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We rented a boat and used the boat lift provided with remote control. Nice boat ride out to Sanibel, Captiva, etc where we got to see dolphins and sting rays. We had use of bikes, kayaks, and garage was stocked with beach items such as umbrellas sand toys, life jackets, pool toys, coolers etc etc right down to ice packs in freezer. Pool and canal view were breath taking. It was the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and will be back!! Owner and management have done an excellent job and were very easy to reach.
