Beach environmental awareness;
Under strict guidelines from the Town Board of Fort Myers Beach (FMB), Lee County and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), there may be sections of Lee County shorelines that are temporarily off limits to people and pets to accommodate ground level bird nesting along with buried sea turtle nests. These highly visible quarantined areas are designated with ground stakes, rope, “caution” tape or various elements of official FWC markings. The Shorebird Refuge Plan and Sea Turtle Nesting Plan are supported and enforceable under Florida Statutes that govern them. Condominium associations, such as Carlos Pointe, their owners and guests alike are bound by such Florida Statutes that support these plans. Further information may be found on FWC’s web sites, including state or local government facilities. Access to the shorelines and water will remain open during this period, only exclusive areas for specific use for the wildlife.

FABULOUS!
We stayed at Carlos Pointe Condominiums for 3 weeks, and it was wonderful! The private beach right out the door is amazing, and the pool was warm and inviting! The view from our screened in porch was beautiful, and we watched the sunset from there every night. We have already booked again for next year!!

Amazing Trip
We had a great time. The condo was perfect. Weather wasn't the best due to Tropical Storm Sally but we still had fun. We saw dolphins and rosetta spoonbills right from our balcony

Nice Place
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. If you like quiet the south end of the island is the place to be. Traffic at the north end gets quite busy. We enjoyed our time fishing, walks on the beach, golfing, going to baseball games and see the sites around the area. the sunsets are fantastic.
