Pet fee isadditional to the rent. The unit must be kept clean and is subject to my inspection with proper notice. Please respect the rights of all owners and guests within the complex and thier right to"Peacefull Enjoyment" while on the grounds . Pets allowed must be under 25 pounds and only a maximum of two. They must prove to be fully trained and controlable by their respective owners,no barkers please .Load music and other disturbances are not allowed .I love children but I prefer adults only and although it sleeps six I woulkd prefer only two adults but all of this is negotiable at the time of signing.

About the owner: I have owned and managed several properties over the past 37 years, and have learned how to properly accomodate guests. My recent rentals for vacation purposes were in Flagler Beach and "The Villages" in central Florida. I am very good with honest people and tend to go out of my way for my guests to show my appreciation for them staying at one of my properties. I am continually making improvements, such as changing out area carpets, wall pictures, bedspreads, and other things, so you may occasionally see me stopping by, with proper notice to you, so that I can add a feature. I will stay very accessible to you while you are a guest. I have lived in Fl. for 40 years and can give you information on many places to visit during your stay. I live 25 miles away in the town of DeLand, a place you should surely vist during your stay.
Why this property? This building is one of the finest buildings in Daytona Beach Shores . It has all the amenities you could ask for and all are accessable from within the complex. You will not smell what your neighbors are cooking in the hallways as all stovetops are vented through the roof. This building is unmatched even by brand new construction project. All units are separated by concrete walls so you won't hear your neighbors radios or loud parties.
