The remodeled 702 Condo is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, retirees, and small families. The unit is directly on the ocean and has 1400 square feet of living space as well as a huge balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching magnificent sunrises, dolphins, and if you are lucky rainbows. The unit is tastefully decorated with leather sofas and a fireplace with a large TV in the living room. As well, each of the 2 bedrooms has its own bathroom, large closets, and TV. In addition, the remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops and is well outfitted with modern appliances and numerous kitchen tools including dishes, pots, and pans, silverware, etc.

We have a washer and dryer in the unit and we also supply linen, beach chairs and towels, high-speed internet, and free long-distance calls within the US and Canada.

There is a beautiful clubroom with kitchen facilities on the top floor of the building where you can bring your glass of wine and enjoy memorable sunsets over the Halifax River. This is a clean and extremely well-maintained building with lots of amenities such as an incredible 20-story air-conditioned lobby/entry, secure underground parking garage, swimming pool which is heated from February 15 to November 1st, overlooking the ocean, workout room, hot tub, dry saunas, sunroom/reading room, honor library, outdoor grill, 4 high-speed elevators, secured key entrance, on-site manager and security monitoring.

Unfortunately, the condo is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The minimum Rental Period is two weeks and we are prepared to give a discount for multi-month stays.

From the condo, you can easily take advantage of the other attractions in the area. An hour drive takes you to the Disney Theme Parks and Universal Studios in Orlando. Take a day trip to historic St Augustine, the Kennedy Space Center or view the manatees on a St Johns River cruise.

All the attractions of Daytona Beach itself are close at hand. Enjoy the tourist attractions or take a short car or bike ride to the natural surroundings of Ponce Inlet and visit the park and lighthouse museum. Fishing boat charters are also available. Something for everyone!

Will deduct $1500.00 for the month of November. Normally the rent is $3400. plus $425.00 tax, plus $120.00 for a total of $3945.00 you can have this beautiful 2 bedrooms/baths of 1400 sq feet, for a full month for less than $85.00 per night.
